I went to a zoo about 30 minutes by car from the center of Perth, Australia! It's highly recommended because you can meet popular Australian animals that are hard to meet in the city! First, we went to a kangaroo feeding experience 🦘 You can see them moving freely around the spacious grounds, living freely like they are in the wild! When you put food on your palm, they hop up and down and come to you, which is very cute ❤️ The ones with white fur are said to be albino! ? We took a photo of the wombat next to the zookeeper holding it! It's okay to touch its feet 👌🏽 It's okay to stroke the koala's back with the back of your hand 👌🏽 There is a list of photos of the koalas and wombats on the wall, so one of the fun things is to look for which one you interacted with! We loved how easy it is to find a nice playground in perth and pur favourite has got to be Pia's Place. Pia's Place is located at Whiteman Park and it is designed to include kids of all abilities to play in a safe natured based inclusive space. The playground is super fun, not just for the young but also for the adults. It is a great place for the children to explore, laugh and learn, and where everyone can just play together. There is so much to play there. For example, there are swings, long slides, a flying fox, a merry go round and a massive lighthouse for kids to play. #summervacay Caversham Wildlife Park Not far from downtown Perth, and definitely worth a visit! This zoo offers great interactivity and participation — perfect for kids who love animals, they’ll be thrilled! We went on a Saturday and there were lots of locals, so we had to queue quite a while at the entrance. • You’ll get a green map at the entrance. • Pay attention to the schedule on it — there are fixed times for:  - Meet the Koala  - Meet the Wombat  - Penguin Feeding  - Farm Show Make sure to go early and line up in advance to get a front-row spot — if you're late, you won’t see much. The queue to take a photo with the koala was super long (guess how I found out... 😅). Highlight of the park is to get an upclose view of the koala. Friendly staff would help to take as many of your photo with the koala also, get to feel how soft koala furs are. Park may seem small but there are also of interactions with the animals and informative descriptions. Be sure to visit their farm show whereby the staff will put up a show on how sheep wool is being shaved. Be prepared to stay in the wildlife park for at least 3 hours.

This is a zoo that focuses on wild animals, and there are many designs for interacting with animals in the park. You can see many native Australian animals, such as the Quokka, the kangaroo, the wallaby, the tree kangaroos, the wombats, the koalas, etc. These are basically the types of animals you must see when visiting Australia. The one-time ticket is 32 Australian dollars, which includes taking photos and touching the animals. If you want to hug a koala, you need to purchase a hug ticket for 35 Australian dollars in addition to the ticket. Although it is relatively expensive, it is understandable for the welfare of animals! The animals in the park seemed to be well treated and cared for, with different animals coming out to work (interacting with humans) every day, the food seemed to be quite sufficient, and the animals did not appear to be in a very dirty condition. There are kiosks in the park where you can buy snacks and lunch, but at best they are only for filling your stomach. It is recommended that you buy them from outside the park and bring them in, or prepare your own sandwiches at home. There is a picnic area in the park where you can eat your own food.

Dingoes (similar to Jindo dogs, but different lol) were really cool! 🐕✨ I was a little surprised because they were bigger and sleeker than I thought, but when I saw them up close, their eyes were so charming lol 😆👀 It was even more interesting because the zookeeper explained the ecology and characteristics of the dingoes, and seeing the dingoes roaming around freely gave off a wild feeling! 🌳🔥 It was thrilling because I also had the experience of feeding them myself lol 🥩👐 #FebruaryTravelSupportEvent
