This time, I stayed at a homestay with an excellent cost-performance ratio, which was recommended by a local friend. The owner is very hospitable and considerate, helping to reserve a parking spot in advance and providing transportation to the homestay. The homestay is located halfway up the mountain, with an excellent location! You don't need to take the cable car to Huangling scenic area; it's just a short walk away, which is very convenient. If you get tired, you can call the owner, and he will pick you up in his convertible tricycle; he's a really nice person. The homestay is close to the Huangling scenic area, and there's no need to take the cable car. From the terrace, you can see the scenic area's glass bridge, 'Leixin Bridge.' It's only a 300-meter walk, so there's no need for a cable car. The owner told us several times how to enter and exit the scenic area. The entrance to the Xiaoyong Village scenic area on the mountainside is exclusive to the village and only accessible to guests staying in the mountain homestays, which is very convenient. The homestay has a total of 8 rooms, with various room types available, including double rooms, twin rooms, family rooms, etc. The rooms are decorated in an antique wooden style, warm and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable, with very comfortable mattresses and bedding. The house is fully equipped with home appliances! The homestay's restaurant serves excellent farm dishes, with full flavor and fresh ingredients. The landlady's cooking is really delicious, and the portions are generous. They serve local Wuyuan breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can enjoy authentic Huizhou cuisine right at the homestay. The river shrimp and small fish are very fresh and tasty! The dried bamboo shoots are tender, and in the evening, the owner even offered us his homemade wine, which was delicious.
