Huimin Street is a town where many of the Hui ethnic minority live. It is a popular tourist spot in Xi'an, with many restaurants and general stores where you can enjoy the cuisine of the Muslim Hui people and Xi'an cuisine. There are plenty of Xi'an cuisines, such as Biang Biang noodles, mutton pao mou (yangrou pao mou), rou jia mou (roujiamou), mutton xiaolongbao (xiaolongbao dumplings), and osmanthus cake!
