Now, right at the doorstep of my home in Aerospace City, there is an authentic Sichuan and Chongqing hot pot restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. ⭐Recommended Dishes —— 🦚 | Peacock Display: This dish is beautifully and uniquely presented. The entire serving dish is shaped like a lifelike peacock, with tender slices of meat arranged as its tail, as if it were fanning out its feathers. ✨✨✨ 🐷 | Braised Pork Intestines: Served in a small steaming basket, this dish exudes an air of sophistication. It is a must-order for me every time I have hot pot. The original flavor is rich and robust, and the intestines, soaked in the soup, are fatty but not greasy. ✨✨✨ 🐮 | King of Tripe: The presentation of this dish is even more stunning. The entire dish is shaped like a bull demon king, with each piece of tripe being quite large. A quick dip in the hot pot makes it crisp and satisfying to bite into. … For the hot pot base, I recommend the Mercedes pot, which offers three flavors in one. The restaurant also offers free self-service Sichuan-style fish soup, which is refreshing and helps to cut through the richness of the hot pot. It's simply delightful.
