Mekong River; China edition

Having traveled several south east Asian countries, when you conjure up ideas of the Mekong you think, floating markets, and small fishing villages, but that mighty river has to begin somewhere, and of course the source is China, and this aquarium takes an in depth look at marine life in this extensive river. Having taken a taxi to what I thought would be untouched rainforest, I was sold multi enterance tickets. Intrigued, I followed the signs and found myself in an aquarium, much of the notice boards were in English, which I loved, and seeing such a large array of fish, in comfortable tanks was wonderful.
