This time, I will introduce 5 things to do in Cebu, Philippines🇵🇭🙌 Cebu is famous for its beaches, but there are many other things to enjoy besides the beach! 1. Cheers on the beachside🍻 The Philippines has a strong image of fast food, but Cebu, which is a popular tourist destination, has many nice restaurants! The prices are also more affordable than in Japan, so I'm happy🙌 2. Eat local food Jollibee! When it comes to fast food in the Philippines, it's Jollibee! This red character is the landmark of this fast food restaurant, not only in Cebu but all over the Philippines. 3. Take photos at an Instagram-worthy spot Silao Garden, an Instagram spot in Cebu! It's located in the mountains of Cebu, so I recommend renting a taxi to get there! (It's hard to find a taxi on the way back) There are many photo spots that you often see on Instagram. And since it's a garden, the flowers are beautiful🌷 The entrance fee is cheap at 60 pesos (about 120 yen)! 4. Watch the sunset at TOPS Observatory 🌇 To the highest spot in Cebu, TOPS Observatory! You can take a taxi with Grab, but it's hard to catch a taxi on the way back, so it's a good idea to negotiate with the driver and have him wait for you 🙆🏻♀️ 5. Shopping at the supermarket When I go abroad, I always go to the supermarket! I often look up seasonings and dried noodles that locals like and buy them. The prices are also reasonable, so they're good for souvenirs 👌 6. During the end of summer 2024 my friend and I made an impromptu trip to the Philippines and this place was on my bucket list. The garden is on the mountain and definitely not a place I recommend to go alone. It’s in Cebu, Philippines and the best way to enjoy the tour is with a tour group, but if you are as adventurous as my friend and I then you can get on a bus to IT park and from there get on a bike to Sirao, make sure you negotiate with the riders to stay and bring you back to IT park. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the resort's expansive grounds and the sheer number of pools – a paradise for kids of all ages The shallow pools were perfect for the kids providing a safe and fun environment to splash around. The beach was another highlight, offering a pristine stretch of sand for building sandcastles and enjoying the gentle waves. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering a welcome retreat after a day of fun in the sun. The view from our balcony was stunning, and we particularly enjoyed watching the sunset over the ocean. While some reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness or maintenance, we didn't experience any such problems during our stay. The food at Earth restaurant was a mixed bag. While the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, we found the dinner options to be somewhat overpriced and the service occasionally slow. However, the overall experience more than made up for this minor drawback. Overall, our family had a wonderful time at Solea Mactan Resort. The abundance of pools, the beautiful beach, and the spacious rooms created a truly memorable vacation. While some minor issues might exist, the positive aspects far outweigh any negatives. And on the second day, for the city tour, I reinstalled Facebook that I had deleted, contacted the local driver, and made a reservation for a city taxi tour 👍 👍 Seriously, get a massage every day. You really should do it!!!!! And when you go to a restaurant, the portion for each menu is almost 2.5 servings. When you want to eat a variety of things, think carefully or go to a store in the market. I went to a famous one in Ayala Mall, and it was delicious, but I was embarrassed because of the portion after ordering. It was a short 3 nights and 5 days, but everyone was very satisfied, including Aunt Wang who loves mountains, my mom who loves water, my mom's friend who can't swim but likes animals and massages, and my daughter who just likes to travel!!!

It is about 30 minutes from the airport. King size room, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there is no bathtub, but the bathroom is spacious and nice. Breakfast is quite ordinary, but the staff is kind and nice. There is a gym and rooftop pool, but I didn't have a chance to use them because I only stayed one night.
