🍃 Pandin Lake, Laguna
How to commute: 🚙👣🎒

Bus -PHP97/way
Jeep to Bayan -PHP 9/way
Jeep Bayan to Ilog - PHP 14/way

Jollibee, the national fast food of the Philippines 🍗🍝
#2025Overseas Travel Event
While traveling in the Philippines, I visited Jollibee, a fast food chain loved by locals! It operates about 1,150 stores throughout the Philippines, and has surpassed McDonald's to become the number one fast food chain in the Philippines.
Main menu:
Chickenjoy: Crispy and moist fried chicken, available in two flavors: Original and Spicy. The Spicy flavor is quite spicy, so choose according to your taste.
Jolly Spaghetti: Spaghetti with a sweet tomato sauce, sausage, and cheese, reminiscent of the taste of Korean school lunch spaghetti.
Burger Steak: A menu with a hamburger patty and gravy sauce, served with rice for a filling meal.
Good points:
Reasonable price: You can get a meal for 2,000~3,000 won, so it's great value for money.
Various menus: You can enjoy various menus such as chicken, spaghetti, and burgers in one place.
Disappointing points:
Sweet taste: The spaghetti sauce may taste a bit sweet.
Travel tips:
Note when ordering: There are numbers written in front of the menu, so it's convenient to order by number even if you're not familiar with English.
Store location: There are many stores throughout the Philippines, so you can easily find them while you're on the go.
Address: Visit one of the Jollibee stores located throughout the Philippines! 📍

If you want to experience local flavors while traveling in the Philippines, enjoy a variety of menus at Jollibee! 😊

San Pablo
San Pablo city in Laguna. Very relaxing at the lakes.
I've first visited this lake few months ago. My very first impression was that the lake seems so "strong" and "mysterious" after talking to the locals ...It is strong because of the unusual waves that reflects the current underneath...You will really think many many times before swimming into its water...Well, it is a mysterious lake according to the local stories that people were disappearing in the lake without trace while while swimming underneath...Their "conclusion" but yet to be discovered is that a "tunnel" at the bottom of the lake flows to the ocean and might have "sucked" those "missing" people...Nobody really knows but it adds up to some kind of excitement to visit this beautiful lake at the base of another mysterious mountain which is the Mt Banahaw...
Jogging and renting a bike is okay. Foods here are pricey but you can pack your own lunch 'cause they have rock chairs and tables there. Expect beggars to approach you while you are eating.

Paraiso de Avedad: Where Beauty Beckons
I recently had the incredible opportunity to visit Paraiso de Avedad, and I must say, it left me utterly captivated. The resort effortlessly weaves together the splendor of nature, the allure of history, and the magnificence of architectural design. Surrounded by lush landscapes and breathtaking vistas, the resort truly lives up to its name as a paradise.
The resort's rich history is palpable in every nook and cranny, with relics and artifacts that tell tales of a bygone era. As I wandered through the pathways lined with ancient trees, I couldn't help but feel a profound connection to the past. The architectural design seamlessly blends traditional and modern elements, creating a harmonious ambiance that's both regal and inviting.
But that's not all - the sensory delights at Paraiso de Avedad extend to the palate as well. The cuisine is nothing short of exquisite, a fusion of flavors that left me yearning for more. From local delicacies that pay homage to the region's culinary heritage to international dishes prepared with finesse, every meal was a delightful journey of the taste buds.
The evenings at the resort were a true spectacle, with a charming band filling the air with melodious tunes. The trumpet soloist, in particular, stood out, evoking emotions I didn't know existed. The experience was made even more enchanting by the cozy huts that served as our abode, offering a rustic yet luxurious retreat.
In conclusion, Paraiso de Avedad is a masterpiece that harmonizes nature, history, architecture, and culture into an unforgettable symphony. Whether you're a history buff, a nature enthusiast, a food connoisseur, or simply seeking a place of serenity, this resort has it all. It's a destination that not only offers a vacation but also a transformative experience that lingers in the heart and mind long after you've left its paradisiacal embrace.#takbology
