Satisfaction level of 100,000 won or more + good location + local leisure
Cost-effectiveness
Extremely cost-effectiveness that is hard to find unless you are in the outskirts. It is a place that is so well-managed that it seems to say, “This is the tradition of Japanese business hotels and our pride, Kaikokuhito,” showing the old but sincere and calm middle-aged hotel staff.
1. Rooms with windows and sofa tables in the 50,000 won range
2. If you add about 7,000 won, you can enjoy a quality and variety of breakfast at the restaurant for about 15,000 won (since there are not many guests, it is recommended to apply in advance. It seems that they prepare a buffet in small portions without much room)
3. Tea bags, mineral water, container-type & disposable amenities are abundant
4. Old but cleanly maintained large bath
Location
Nishikinohama Station is on the Nankai Main Line. It is exactly 2 minutes from the hotel.
20 minutes to the airport. 40 minutes to downtown.
I think it is the best harmony of the depreciation triangle of accommodation and transportation costs.
Infrastructure
Compared to the densely populated city, it is relatively quiet.
You can think of it as the metropolitan area. Except for the area around the station, it is quiet.
There is a 100 yen Lawson within walking distance, and a Gasto Yoshinoya medium-sized mart 10 minutes away.
I was so satisfied that I gave them a lot of Korean snacks that I brought when I checked out.
If I had to pick a disadvantage?
1. Since it is old, there may be problems with the water facilities, but if you wait patiently, the staff will solve it anyway.
