#springitinerary We are fancying Soba so we went to Nadai Fuji Soba at Stage Funabashi. We ordered the Special Fuji Soba and it is very tasty. The soup stock is very rich and the soba is very chewy. The meat is very delicious too. The ambiance in the restaurant is airy and spacious too. We really enjoyed our bowl of Fujisoba herea and will likely to comeback when we are in the area. #reallegitsoba

#springitinerary Around the river banks of the Funabashi Ebisu River we found several curiousities. Nekos or cats are rampant but being fed and it is a cute sight. Then, We chanced upon the Ebisu statue that is one of the landmarks of that place. Cherry trees line up the rest of the way with their flower petals being blown by the wind. What a wonderful sight! #springitinerary We chanced upon some sort of a spring fair in Funabashi where they are selling legitimate Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki and boy they are the real deal. The takoyaki contains real octopus and i am really crying while eating it because it is piping hot! The okonomiyaki here is also different from the ones sold at Osaka, with their different appearance and texture but Oishi nonetheless! The legit japanese food experience! #japanspringtime

#springitinerary Spring time in Japan is something else. Here we met two Akita-inu puppies? that are so Kawaii! Crossing the bridge we saw the main stars, sakura blossoms everywhere! The view is so picturesque and looks like it came from a painting. This is really the Cherry blossom experience in Japan that everyone is clamoring for.
