All Moments About Skagway
White pass Railway with broken railway
This is the best experience ever. We went to Alaska their white pass railway have been around for more than 180 years. And it’s eye opening view when it passes by the views of the capped mountain and moving up the hill going tot he boarded or Canada and USA. How the history and stories of the railway is so fascinating and the entire moment there was just incredible and wonderful.

Skagway
Visiting Skagway is like going back in time to the gold-rush era. Not far from the cruise ship terminal is Broad Street, where there are restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops, and plenty of gem shops. The small town is part of the Klondike Gold Rush National Historic Park and offers excursions on the White Pass and Yukon Route Railroad and gold-panning experiences. We didn’t have time to do a full excursion but strolled around this quaint gold-rush town, picked up some souvenirs, and grabbed some food from local food trucks.

Jewell Gardens
Located in Skagway, the Jewell Gardens enjoy a perpetual summer even when everything around them is cold and remote.
Their beauty is all the more impressive since they’re bright, cheerful and brimming with life despite the harshness of their surrounding landscape.
Their secret lies in both their location and their architecture.
Nestled in the foothills of the mountains, they also make use of many glass features to trap heat and moisture.
Visitors can tour the gardens, sign up for glassblowing demonstrations and more.
Tea ceremonies are arranged daily, and luncheons are guaranteed to have fresh ingredients straight from the source.
If you’re wondering where to visit in Alaska that isn’t perpetually covered in snow, consider a trip to the Jewell Gardens.
They definitely live up to their name as a shining gem in the Land of the Midnight Sun.

Alaska Cruise Trip: "Skagway" White Pass Train
The White Pass train tour was the most anticipated part of the Alaska cruise shore excursions.
This mountain train tour lasts about 2 hours and 30 minutes round trip.
The train, originally used during the late 19th-century Gold Rush to transport gold and miners, has been restored and now serves as a tourist train. It offers breathtaking views of valleys, waterfalls, snowy mountains, and gorges.
I found the vibrant color of the water incredibly fascinating.
This mountain train truly showcases stunning scenery, and you can hear people constantly expressing their amazement.
After getting off the train, you can explore a village designed to resemble a Western town. However, the village itself didn’t have much to see and was rather underwhelming. I just bought a giant fried dough snack and returned to the ship.
The views of the shore from the ship were always spectacular.
Alaska is
Alaska is a very beautiful city in the United States. There are snowy mountains and glaciers, along with a beautiful railroad bridge in the city. Just talking about it, I can tell you that you must not miss it. It is a civilization that I can tell you is valuable and the weather is very good for tourists from March to August onwards. I would like to say that here there is fresh and delicious salmon. The atmosphere is beautiful and worth visiting. There are also beautiful hotels.

Gateway to the Klondike
#celebratewithtrip
With breathtaking view ,great food, and plenty of exciting things to do, Skagway is one of the most popular places to visit in all of Alaska.
Although some people deride Skagway as “too touristy”considering the downtown area is lined with gift shop, it is one of my favorite places in all of Alaska. Although it’s true that the crowds can be a bit maddening during the day when there are multiple ships in port, there’s something truly special about evenings when the streets are empty and the mountains are illuminated by the midnight sun.
Skagway should absolutely be on your list of places to visit in Alaska.

The Spooky Brothel
The town of Skagway in Alaska holds many spooky ghost stories about some personalities during the gold rush era that are still haunting the town, especially the Red Onion Saloon. They offer a tour of the old brothel where they showcase the stuff of the girls who used to work there . Looking at those antics gives you the chills, yet, brings out your curiosity how life was during the old days when they all try to survive while having hopes of a better life.

In Skagway
In Skagway, Alaska, I visited the local Alaskan Malamute Golf Rush Seld Gogs Training Center. I also listened to the local sled dog expert about the history and story of the sled dog. Everyone embraced the sled dog and watched the sled dog sled. Going forward. The happiest moment is the happy time spent with the sled dog. The sled dog baby is really cute. When you hold it, seeing them snuggle in your arms, you will feel that the whole heart will melt.
