The main attraction that drew me to drive all the way from Penang to Kuala Lumpur was to pay Yiyi and Shengyi(giant pandas) a visit before they are to be sent back to China. With given only 15 minutes in the Panda Observatory, I decided to scroll around the zoo and I ended up spending more than 4 hours taking shots on the animals inside this “kingdom”. This trip is worth with the ticket price of RM36(booked online) inclusive of a 30 minutes animal shows. Fun trip to Zoo Negara with my fam. Kids enjoying it so much as they can see wild animals with their own eyes and learned to know more about its nearly extinction species and it make them appreciate it more. There's a lot of animals at the zoo such as lion, tiger, cheetah, giraffes, elephants, birds, monkey, crocodiles, snakes, penguins and the most awaits for is the pandas. Such a cozy and quiet setting for the pandas to match their natural habitat. The animals show are so fun to watch. The schedule is at 11am and 3pm. The sea lion is so smart and cute. The macaques are clever too. All in all, we spent some quality time at the zoo and it's definitely worth it. #zoonegara #nationalzoo #awesomepic #ampang

Very suitable place for children to spend time with amazing animals including the giant panda. We reached there 10am and leave at 3pm. Unforgettable experience for children. Staying at ibis hotel Kuala Lumpur is quite near the beach zoo negara. About 20 mins to reach there. Unique and cutie sleeping posture of Panda!

It was my first time visiting Zoo Negara! I visited Zoo Negara on the 31st of August- Independence Day! It was full of people. I enjoyed the animal show a lot despite having to stand and watch the show due to the large crowd. I also took the tram to go around the zoo. The highlight of the zoo visit is the Panda Area! Fun Zoo Day!

Zoo day! Visited the National Zoo of Malaysia. Cute animals everywhereeeee. Love the open aviary park, all the species of birds fly around you and are really comfortable with humans. Absolutely love the savannah walk with the open space for giraffes and zebras The best part of the zoo is definitely the panda exhibit. Loved it. My favorites are all the big animals for sure. After a 2 years pandemic, finally we are allowed to visit Zoo Negara again. We went during the Hari Raya Aidilfitri and it was crowded. We can see parents bringing their children to the zoo.
