💙A must visit Place in Danang-Linh Ung Pagoda💙
🇻🇳Our Danang Diaries🇻🇳
“Linh Ung” itself means “wishes answered miraculously”. These two sentences means that if you pray sincerely inside the pagoda, all your wishes might come true, hence we did not miss the chance to visit this amazing sight even on our last day❤️We also made sure to wish while we were there.
The Lady Buddha can also be seen from the coast of Danang so we were able to see it everyday from our hotel by the beach, clear during the day and all lit up at night⭐️
On a beautiful sunny and clear day, the sight is stunning and worth it to visit.

A Pleasant Stay at the
Unexpected luxury! I could tell this was going to be a 5 star hotel given the pictures of the hotel exterior and interior on Trip.com, but the class level of this hotel kept pleasantly surprising me throughout the stay.
The lobby was rather grand, spacious with a piano, lobby lounge and drop off area. A little essence of European vibes. Welcome drinks provided as well.
The room was comfortably big, which is a luxury when staying in the capital. Had the interior design of modern day 5 star hotel rooms, balancing together with subtle classic European looks with the furniture, walls and toilet.
Breakfast was amazing. The kind where the spread is delectable and large. Vietnamese, western, sushi, pastries, desserts, fruits. Too many choices. First hotel I’ve seen with a system to deliver your live stations food to your table (eggs, pho, bahn mi).
The little things: A fresh rose in the room (I thought it was fake till I saw the staff with a trolley full of watered roses in the corridor). Quality amenities. Branded soaps. Quality toiletries (except shaver). Bath salts. Room amenities given in a paper bag when requested.
Definitely would stay here again if I’m coming back to Ho Chi Minh. #hochiminh #Saigon #Vietnam #Hotel

A Chilly Ride Above the Clouds
#winhkflight
Last December, I had the chance to ride the Fansipan Cable Car, and it was nothing short of breathtaking. The cable car offers a smooth journey, whisking you through a stunning sea of clouds that envelop the mountain’s rugged terrain. It’s a surreal experience, feeling like you’re floating above an ethereal landscape.
The views are the real highlight, with panoramic vistas of the Hoang Lien Son range stretching out beneath you. It’s a photographer’s dream, especially when the sunlight pierces through the mist, casting a golden glow over the peaks and valleys.
That said, it’s quite a nippy experience up there. The altitude brings a drop in temperature, so wrapping up warm is essential. But the slight chill is a small price to pay for the incredible scenery.
In all, the Fansipan Cable Car is a must-do for anyone visiting the area. It’s an accessible adventure that delivers unforgettable views and a fresh perspective on Vietnam’s natural beauty. Just remember to bring a jacket!

My longing to visit Hong Kong is deeply rooted in a desire to immerse myself in the nostalgic ambiance of the 1970s to 2000s. Growing up, Vietnamese television was a window to the vibrant world of Hong Kong dramas, which painted a picture of life there that became a part of my childhood. It’s this cherished slice of the past, these memories that I yearn to bring to life and experience firsthand.

Chillin’ at Suoi Lenin with Cool History!
#winhkflight
Suoi Lenin is a hidden gem in Cao Bang, Vietnam, with crystal-clear waters that let you see right to the bottom! It’s got this tranquil vibe that’s perfect for unwinding.
Plus, it’s steeped in history – Named after the Russian revolutionary Lenin, this stream witnessed President Ho Chi Minh’s return to Vietnam in 1941 after decades abroad. He lived and worked in Coc Bo cave, right by the stream, during the war against French colonialism and Japanese occupation.
The place just oozes cool vibes that you can’t help but love. Definitely a must-visit for a refreshing dip back in time! 🌊🍃

Ban Gioc Waterfall, on border with China
#winhkflight
This isn’t just any waterfall; it’s a border-crossing marvel shared between Vietnam and China, right in the heart of a karst landscape that’s been sculpted over millennia. It’s the fourth largest waterfall along a national border.
Ban Gioc is more than just a sight to see; it’s an experience, a feeling, a moment where you can’t help but think, “Wow, this world is amazing.” So, if you ever find yourself in Vietnam, don’t miss out on this gem 🥰

🇻🇳 The elegant Pink Church in Dalat
Dalat is a hill city located an hour flight or an overnight bus away from Ho Chi Minh City. In a country where majority of the citizens are Buddhist, do you know that you can find a beautiful pink church in Dalat? The Pink Church, officially known as the Domaine de Marie Church, is a charming French-style Catholic church with pink-colored walls and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Designed by French architect Léonard, the church was built in the 1940s by French missionaries. It was originally intended as a convent for nuns of the Franciscan Missionary of Mary order. Over the years, the church has become a significant landmark in Dalat, attracting tourists and worshippers alike with its unique pink façade and serene surroundings.

🇻🇳 The quirky Crazy House in Dalat
Dalat is a hill city located an hour flight or an overnight bus away from Ho Chi Minh City. Do you know that you can find Gaudi style architecture in Dalat? We had a memorable visit to Hằng Nga Guesthouse, popularly known as the “Crazy House” during our stay in Dalat. Designed and constructed by Vietnamese architect Đặng Việt Nga, the Crazy House first opened to the public in 1990. Since then, it has become one of the most famous and unique landmarks in Dalat known for its whimsical and unconventional design. The building's structure resembles a giant tree with winding staircases, tunnels, and unique rooms. We had fun exploring the crazy house and took a lot of crazy photos!

🇻🇳 Great fun @ Datanla Waterfall
Dalat is a hidden gem that you should include in your Ho Chi Minh City trip itinerary. Located 300 km from HCMC, Dalat is just an hour flight or an overnight bus away from HCMC. One of my favourite destinations in Dalat is Datanla Waterfall.
We visited Datanla Waterfall after visiting Truc Lam Buddhist Monastery located by Tuyen Lam Lake. It was a short taxi ride away from the exit of the monastery. Datanla Waterfall is part of the Datanla Tourist Area, which offers various recreational activities for visitors. A unique and thrilling way to reach the waterfall is by taking the alpine coaster. We got the opportunity to descend through the lush forest to reach the base of the waterfall. After visiting the waterfall, we took the alpine coaster up to the same starting point.
If you are a thrill-seeker like me, you should not miss the High Rope Course & Zipline located next to the alpine coaster. It was the best obstacle and zipline course that I have ever had. I got plenty of opportunities to soar above the lush greenery and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape as I zip from one platform to another. I wish to go back again someday to have fun again!

My Son Sanctuary 🇻🇳
If you are currently visiting Vietnam, one interesting attraction that you shouldn’t miss is My Son. My Son is a cluster of abandoned and partially ruined Shaiva Hindu temples in central Vietnam, this place was constructed between the 4th and the 14th century by the Kings of Champa, an Indianized kingdom of the Cham people.
My Son is the most complete Cham site in Vietnam and its setting in a lush jungle valley below Cats Tooth mountain, that’s bring a wonderful view. This place is now became an UNESCO World Heritage Site (You should spend at least one day to exploring all sites).

Get To Know More About Nguyen Dynasty🇻🇳
#danangtrip
This time explore Hue City, you can going to Hue City by bus/car from Danang City, it takes about 2hours of driving. I visited the historical building and the famous attraction in Hue City: Hue Imperial Citadel.
The Imperial City of Hue was actually a walled fortress and palace belonged to the ancient city of Hue which was a capital city of the Nguyen Dynasty for 140 years date back from 1805 until 1945.
You can find the history of Vietnam especially about Nguyen Dynasty in this place. What i like the most about this place is theis insta-worthy building and the palace is modelled after the Forbidden City in Beijing. I highly recommend you to visit this place, and don’t forget to spent min 2hrs here (cz the area is so huge).

A Must Visit Place In HCMC🇻🇳

this time i visited Vietnam’s Independence Palace that located in Ho Chi Minh City, this place also publicly known as the Reunification Convention Hall. Independence Palace is one of the most famous landmark in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This place was the home and workplace of the president of the Republic of Vietnam. It played a crucial role in Vietnam's history, particularly during the Vietnam War. This place is a must-visit tourist spot due to its historical significance and architectural beauty.
PS: the location is near Ben Thanh Market, after visiting this place you can go to shopping at the market🩷

We made the most of it, Even on our last day in Danang, we visited the famous Buddhist Temple “Lady Buddha” aka Linh Ung Pagoda located on a hilltop by th sea.
We booked a grab car and headed there, from Diamond Sea Hotel it was around 20 minutes.
First we walked all the way in, lots of greenery then climbed down to immerse ourselves in the breathtaking views of the ocean and the city as well💚
From here you can see the city in the distance, stunning!

💚Delicious Vietnamese Food at An Thoi💚
🇻🇳Our Danang Diaries🇻🇳
Delicious Authentic Vietnamese food at An Thoi Restaurant just by the Han River in Danang city.
We had a feast here with our scrumptious Pho Ga Xe (Chicken Noodle Soup), Stir Fried Morning Glory with garlic and Banh Xeo (Crispy Pancakes/Crepes)…all the dishes were extremely tasty! 🤤🥰😋
We really enjoyed the food here snd the prices are affordable too.
Not to mention the interior of the restaurant was lovely especially with the all those hanging lamps and vines, the yellow walls and great fast service, this place is set up in an old traditional shophouse and reminds me of the places we saw in Hoi An💛
Highly suggested to have dinner here👍

Interesting Museum Visit in HCMC 🇻🇳
#cherryblossom2024
One of the things that every tourist must do is to visit the city’s museums and the Museum of Ho Chi Minh City is one of those.
This is not a massive museum and there is not a lot of exhibitions so it won’t take you a long time to see everything.
This museum is located within the city center in District 2 so you can actually just walk here from your hotel if you are keen in doing that.
Recommended visit duration : 1 hour
Museum Entrance Fee: 30,000 Vietnamese Dong
Enjoy.
