When I heard that Hyatt House finally opened in Osaka, as a hotel enthusiast, I immediately went to experience it 😆 I had never stayed at this brand before, so this time I successfully "collected a stamp"～ 📧 Booking is super cost-effective! I used 3500 points to redeem a room, and the cash price was over 1000, saving a lot of money 💰 The transportation is also convenient, taking the Hankyu Railway from Kyoto Kawaramachi Station to Nipponbashi, with just one transfer, easy to reach! 🚶 The surrounding area is so good for shopping that you can't stop! It's very close to Nipponbashi Station, only about 500-600 meters from Namba Station, super convenient for going to Kansai Airport; just one subway stop from Shinsaibashi～ Kuromon Market is within walking distance, plus the very unique Namba Yasaka Shrine, and Namba City where you can buy Mont-bell and get tax refunds, everything you need for shopping! Check-in is self-service, and staff will assist immediately if there are any issues. Amenities are also self-serve at the front desk. The room is about 20+ square meters, which is not small for Japan, with a young and minimalist decor that is just right～ Although I didn’t get an upgrade as a Globalist, the newly opened facilities are brand new with no odors, and drinking water is conveniently available in the hallway! Breakfast is a fixed set with three choices; I chose the beef onsen egg set, served with tamagoyaki, takoyaki, and a drink. The portion doesn’t look big but is filling～ If you’re not a member getting free breakfast, I don’t recommend adding it, as there are many delicious and cheap food options outside!

Beautiful View Hotel I only stayed at this Hyatt, the only one in Osaka, because of the Global Traveler Challenge, and unexpectedly found a gem! Caption by Hyatt is located in the golden area of Namba, just an 8-minute walk to City Department Store and Takashimaya, making it easy to shop for great Japanese brands like Montebell; Nankai Namba Station is right nearby, and taking the "Ninja" express train straight to the airport is super convenient (my Iron Train Hero DNA was activated 🚄)! Shinsaibashi is also just a 20-minute walk away. We took the subway going there and strolled back while shopping, even running into Pop Mart on the way. Although I didn’t restock Labubu, it was a very pleasant walk and photo op~ The rooms are compact but brand new and fully equipped, offering a very comfortable stay! Breakfast is made to order, freshly prepared on the spot. The curry pork cutlet rice is crispy and flavorful, the beef is tender and juicy, and the seafood sashimi is fresh, sweet, and bouncy! However, note that free options are limited, and even a latte costs an extra 100 yen~ Also, the washing machine is very popular, so remember to book in advance! I must highly praise two thoughtful services: first, when booking with points, only twin rooms were left, but after requesting a preference, the hotel proactively emailed to confirm it was changed to a king bed; second, when communicating by email in advance about mailing documents, the staff not only promptly confirmed receipt and safekeeping but also handed them back immediately at check-in! Two nights at this brand new Caption by Hyatt hotel, At this point it had just opened about a week ago. So everything is new. Considering Japanese standards, The room was nice and quite spacious. And the bathroom is big enough. Amenities other than toothpaste and brushes are also available at the front desk. I only had problems with the air conditioner; Because it doesn't cool the room, After I talked to the staff, They are very friendly and understand this, They gave me a new room near the center of the building, The air conditioner in this room worked well. Purified drinking/tea/coffee water can be found at designated stations along the corridor. I didn't order breakfast so I can't comment. The smoking room is located on the lobby level. The transportation is convenient. I will choose this restaurant to stay👍🏻
