CN Tower view from the Centre Island
When you see this view/picture you know that you are in Toronto or in Canada!
I have been in different places in downtown Toronto and I got some good pictures of the CN Tower. I am always looking for the spot where I can take a picture of the CN Tower that looks something like in the magazines, books or even what you see in movies. I went to the Toronto Port Area and could not get a good picture of the CN Tower. I also went to the Cherry Beach Area and still the same, the view of the CN Tower was not as good as what I see in books and magazines.
When I went to Toronto Islands, specifically Olympic Park place, I got a stunning view of the CN Tower! I stayed there for hours and it was amazing!

Scarborough Bluffs Park
The Scarborough Bluffs, also known as The Bluffs, is an escarpment in the Scarborough district of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. There are nine parks along the bluffs, with Bluffers Park being the only one with a beach. Forming much of the eastern portion of Toronto's waterfront, the Scarborough Bluffs stands above the shoreline of Lake Ontario. At its highest point, the escarpment rises 90 metres (300 ft) above the coastline and spans a length of 15 kilometres (9.3 mi).
I was on top of the cliff when I saw the "bluff" and it was amazing! it is also terrifying to be there because the soil might drop and it was windy. The view is so beautiful and amazing from the top. I flew my drone and it was also awesome to see from the sky!

Cherry Beach - also has a dog park
Cherry Beach (originally Clarke Beach Park) is a lakeside beach park located at the foot of Cherry Street just south of Unwin Avenue in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is on Toronto's outer harbour just east of the Eastern Gap. It was once connected with Toronto Islands as part of the former peninsula before 1852 and later was referred to as Fisherman's Island.
For most dogs that live downtown Toronto, Cherry Beach has long been known as one of the dog-friendly beaches in Toronto. It certainly does live up to its reputation as being one of the largest off-leash dog parks in central Toronto.

Casa Loma Stables 🇨🇦
In 1905 Sir Henry Pellatt purchased land which had been the private golf course of Albert Austin of nearby Spadina. The following year, anticipating the construction of Casa Loma, he hired E.J. Lennox to design and build these stables, estimated to have cost $250,000. The stalls were made of Spanish mahogany and the floors were covered with tiles set in a zig-zag pattern so that the horses would not slip. When the main castle was completed, it was connected to the stables by a tunnel. Here, in 1944, in utmost secrecy, the royal navy placed an assembly plant for asdic, an early form of sonar which was vital for the battles of the atlantic. The existence of the factory was disclosed only after the second world war has ended. Toronto Historical Board 1991.

Casa Loma - House on the Hill 🇨🇦
Casa Loma and the Pellatts.
Of all the houses built on this escarpment, Casa Loma is the Grandest meaning "House on the Hill". It was the romantic vision of the industrialist Sir Henry Pellatt (1859-1939). Pellatt made a fortune harnessing the power of Niagara Falls electrifying the streets and homes of Toronto. A flamboyant enterpreneur, he was fascinated by the middle ages. Pellatt was knighted as patron and commander of the Queen's won Rifles, a Canadian militia regiment. His towered mansion designed by Architect E.J. Lennox in 1909 is an extravagant Medieval Fantasy. At 98 rooms, It is Canada's largest house. The Pellatts moved to the house in 1913 and lived there for eleven years. In 1924, faced with severe setbacks, Pellatt was forced to sell his cherished home. After an unsuccessful attempt as an apartment-hotel, this landmark was taken over by the West Toronto Kiwanis Club who continue to manage the castle as a popular tourist attraction. (carved on stone)

CN TOWER 🇨🇦
When i was still in China, I was teaching ESL and whenever I mentioned Canada during my lessons I would always include the very famous CN Tower.
When I arrived here in Ontario, Toronto I wanted to see the CN Tower right away. My apartment was a little bit far away in Scarborough. When I check the trains/schedule from our place it will only take 40 minutes. I will have to ride 2 lines. I started at the Warden Station and stopped at the Union Station downtown.
The train ride was very convenient. The union station was a little bit crowded and a lot of people were wearing BLUE JAYS shirt. I just followed the sign that says CN Tower and I finally saw the very famous CN Tower.
Also, I was able to ask somebody to take my picture at the CN Tower! very memorable...

The area also is so huge. At the back of the water treatment plant is a small beach where family/friends can get together and have fun sun bathing during summer and also do some fun activities like kayaking/paddle boarding. I also some yachts a little bit far. At the side of the water treatment plant is a small beach called Secret Beach because if you dont look for it at the sides then you will miss it. By the way, the water is very cold even if it is summer!

Centreville Amusement Park
The Centreville Amusement Park is a children's amusement park located on Centre Island, part of the Toronto Islands, offshore of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The park has been operated by the Beasley family since 1967, currently through Etobicoke-based William Beasley Enterprises Limited, on land leased from the City of Toronto government and is open daily during the summer. Beasley also operates the "Far Enough Farm" adjacent to the park.
Centreville was built as part of a master plan to convert the Toronto Islands' land usage from cottage residences to recreational uses. The park replaced the old Sunnyside Amusement Park, which closed in 1955, as well as Hanlan's Point Amusement Park, which closed in the 1930s to make way for the island airport. The park opened in 1967, operated by Bill Beasley Sr., father of the current president of William Beasley Enterprises. The park originally had seven rides and has expanded over the years, adding one or two rides a year.[1] The park's buildings have a 1900s turn-of-the-century village theme. An 1870s cast iron planter to commemorate Queen Victoria's birthday that was originally located in front of St. Lawrence Market is now featured in the center of the park. In 2013, Centreville took over operations of Far Enough Farm, which was threatened with closure.[2] At the same time, the City extended its lease to 2022.[3]

The island community is the largest urban car-free community in North America.[2][3] Public ferries operate year-round from Jack Layton Ferry Terminal, and privately operated water taxis operate from May to September. A pedestrian tunnel connects the mainland to the airport.[4]
The Toronto Islands are a popular tourist and recreational destination. Bicycles are accommodated on the ferries at no charge and can be rented at Centre Island. Canoes, kayaks, paddle boats and stand-up paddle boards [5] are also available for rental from May to September. A disc golf course exists on the island. The main beach is along the south shore of Centre Island and part of the beach on the west shore of Centre at Hanlans Point is clothing-optional. There is ample parkland suitable for picnicking, several playgrounds, water play areas and several gardens. During the winter months people reach the lagoons and Toronto Harbour from the islands for ice skating when conditions permit.

David Crombie Park
David Crombie Park is a park in downtown Toronto that is the spine of the St Lawrence Neighbourhood.[1][2] While not a destination for visitors from outside the neighbourhood, the park is well used by residents, and by tourists using it as a corridor to walk from downtown to the entertainments found in the nearby Distillery District.
This is a place where most of the people just chill and relax. There is a basketball court and also a soccer field nearby. There is also a fountain. This place is just near the distillery district. Nice place.

Queen's Park 🇨🇦
Queen's Park is an urban park in Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Opened in 1860 by Edward, Prince of Wales, it was named in honour of Queen Victoria. The park is the site of the Ontario Legislative Building, which houses the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. The phrase "Queen's Park" is regularly used as a metonym for the Government of Ontario or the Legislative Assembly of Ontario.[5]

The north park is owned by the University of Toronto and leased to the city. Ministry buildings of the Ontario government occupy other properties to the east of the park, in an area between Wellesley Street and Grosvenor Street.
