Club motel is a an older motel, but don’t let that fool you. It exceeds it’s asking price in value for money. Spacious rooms, with enough space to build a multi-roomed fort if so inclined (personally I ran out of time). Good strong reliable wifi and hot water and pressure for days on those colder visits. Purely my personal preference (but I love an almost cement mattress), but the bed was a bit soft for my liking, but nothing I couldn’t work with! Great location with plenty of access to local food, drink and facilities within hopping distance. Well worth a look in for your next trip to the picturesque Armidale.

It started as confusing as to know where to stay as there are so many motels in Armidale. A quick call to the Tourist Information Centre to Faye Hill sorted it out as she highly recommended this place. Absolutely spotless and Deb and Phil went above and beyond to extend our stay when my husband was rushed to hospital on the first night with a medical emergency. The staff who delivered the breakfasts were very friendly, the rooms absolutely immaculate. I woudn't hesitate to recommend this place at all.

As a couple attending a wedding, we chose to stay in the two bedroom apartment. It was more spacious than my Sydney apartment!! We relaxed in the peaceful atmosphere and enjoyed the best Armidale had to offer from our perfect location. Our hosts Alan and Melinda ensured our stay was comfortable, enjoyable and seamlessly relaxing. It was so lovely to return to the motel after shopping, dining out and attending the wedding reception. We are definitely returning for another enjoyable weekend.

A very beautiful motel. Easy to locate seeing the white lanterns. A very warm, friendly greeting at reception. The free parking is easy and at the door. I haven't experienced such attention to detail in 3 decades. Much thought and personal touch for a most welcoming stay, and there is biscuits/cookies for the tea/coffee. Chocolates on the pillows level of attention! Reverse cycle aircon. Hot shower. Breakfast ordering. Everything is clean and hygienic. Good for the quiet couples, anniversary away, overnight, or long stay tourist. Definitely the place to come make sweet memories in Armidale.

Well I just had to write another review of this motel. When I first visited this motel back in 2022 I have to say I was a long way from impressed and said I would more than likely never stay there again. Well as I was attending a trade even and the accommodation was booked by the company it just so happened they booked me in here. I was a little apprehensive but as I walked into reception I could tell that the establishment had completely upped their game, in reception anyway. Extremely fast, very friendly and efficient. I then went to my room and what a breath of fresh air the room I got was clean comfortable and even had its own espresso machine. Unfortunately for me being able to get a meal on site is a big deal and being a little bit out of town is a cross for me but hey that’s just due to the amount of driving I do and not wanting to go out when I arrive at my accomodation but that’s on me. I will stay there again I’m sure and the improvement is unbelievable.

If you spend the night in this city, it's a great hotel. The location is very good, the surroundings are very quiet, and there are very good restaurants nearby. If you had stayed here, you would not have chosen another hotel.
