It's pretty good, one of the more popular hotels in the town. The equipment is relatively simple but similar here. There is a swimming pool and slides for children to play. The hotel's buffet dinner is also good.

The staff was great, and the room was clean. The rooms need a long overdue refurbish, painting and decorating. Where the air-conditioner is there is bubbling, and it looks like it leaks when used. The shower and the whole bathroom flooded after my shower, and the condensation was pretty bad. The mattress was too hard. There was only one biscuit for 2 people, where the coffee, etc, lucky I shared 😀. The breakfast was great, and there was a variety of choices. The dining room was clean. Overall, it was a great stay, but your rooms need to be upgraded.

The room size is OK, clean and tidy, and there are more breakfast options. The overall environment is quiet and friendly, the location is good, it is more convenient to go anywhere if you have a car.

Room was nice and clean. I requested an early check in and was catered for. Didn’t have a pleasant sleep due to kids running up and down the hallways screaming and an adult yelling and banging on doors being disruptive. Doors to the rooms aren’t soft closing so you can hear every single door slam.

Location: Excellent. Within walking distance to eateries, Cervantes center, general store, bus stops, Cervantes Club, Lobster Shack etc. Cleanliness / Housekeeping: TV was dirty with lots of dusts accumulated and dropping off onto table, floor etc. No housekeeping service during the stay. None, even if upon request, so its a bit tricky for guests who stay for a longer duration e.g. > 3 days at the motel. However, guests can request from reception for fresh new towels, bin bags etc. to be provided. Guests will need to empty their own bins and get new bin bags from reception. Service: Receptionists are typically helpful. Do note that there are no receptionists after working hours. So guests who check in before or after working hours will have to call a local Australia number to reach them. An issue for tourists as costly roaming charges may be incurred unless they have a local SIM. Facilities: Old but generally clean and ok.

Without considering the exchange rate, the same price and the domestic room will be smaller, but the facilities are very complete, if there is no car, you can consider the hotel restaurant for dinner.

Excellent location in town and could park directly outside our room. We were out the back, which was quiet. It had good laundry facilities, washing machines and driers. Friendly staff. The rooms are a bit dated but the bed was comfortable and had a nice hot shower.

AAleksei KleimenovTerrible service! This is the first hotel/motel I've ever been to that didn't accommodate its customers. Australia never ceases to amaze me, in the worst sense of the word. The situation was this. We were planning to drive from Norseman to Lucky Bay (near Esperance) to see kangaroos and swim in the ocean, and then check into the hotel at around 8 p.m. But the motel confronted me with a fait accompli: check-in is strictly from 3 a.m. to 6 a.m.!!! Not an hour later! Otherwise, they won't give you the keys, and you'll be sleeping on the street. I physically didn't have time to drive such a long distance, stop at Lucky Bay, and check into the motel before 6 a.m., which I've repeatedly written in private messages about. No response! The answer was the same: if I don't make it, they won't give me the keys. I called the management and asked them to accommodate me, leave the keys in the box, explaining that I was a tourist, my first time in Australia, and would probably never come back, that I wouldn't have time to see the kangaroos at Lucky Bay. The motel management turned a deaf ear to my requests. Unfortunately, it was impossible to book another hotel. These people at the hotel are completely incompetent! Where has anyone ever seen a motel that only allows occupancy for such a short period of time?! I hope trip.com support takes appropriate action.

1163557****We made a last-minute addition of Albany to our Western Australia trip, booking the Best Western SureStay just a few days in advance, and it turned out to be quite a pleasant surprise! The location truly is the biggest highlight – it's close to the city center, with supermarkets and fast-food restaurants nearby. Plus, it's a short drive to the Mount Clarence lookout for sunrise views, which was incredibly convenient for our impromptu itinerary. The room was well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, and generally clean, making it a handy stopover for our short transit. There were a few minor downsides, though: the room felt a bit dated, the air conditioning was a little noisy, and the bathroom tiles weren't as white as they could be. Also, the TV size didn't quite fit the counter and was a bit tilted. But these are small issues; for a last-minute booking, having these amenities was already quite satisfying. It's a very suitable choice for a transit stopover.

Kkimyap11ample parking spaces; you can park in front of your unit. there is also a bus stop within walking distance on both sides of the road to access the motel. i believe the rooms were recently renovated so everything was in good condition. there are some eateries within walking distance nearby and also a petrol station nearby too. a short bus ride (2 stops) will take you to woolworths for your groceries needs. overall a pleasant stay.

汤马士张The hotel is well located on the waterfront with a beautiful park outside the hotel along the waterfront. The food in the western restaurant attached to the hotel is very delicious, with fresh and steak from the sea, the ribeye steak and weekly seafood soup I ordered were great! If you drive Western Australia to visit here, especially to Esperance and Cape Le Grand beaches are very beautiful.

MM332797****It's pretty good; it's one of the better hotels around Wave Rock. I remember checking in at the gas station in front of the hotel, and there were already people there at 6 a.m., so the service was quite good.

GGiuseppeWe chose at this hotel to attend an event across the road at night. Upon returning to the hotel late at night (midnight), we could not not access the back entrance from the car park even there were signs at the entrance advising to ring the bell for the attendant to open the door. We rang the bell 3 times with no response. Eventually we entered through the front door . Rattling balcony doors due to strong winds throughout the night.Other issues arose throughout our stay including no hot water in the morning for a shower. Buffet breakfast was cold. Dinner menu online out of date and incorrect pricing. Very slow dinner service even though restaurant was quiet. Very disappointing overall.

SSHIU KEEThe location is quite windy. One day before we went out, we placed the 'make up room' tag at the door handle. Nonetheless, it was blown away by the wind and the room had not been cleaned when we came back at night. However, it was strange that the tag was placed underneath the ground mat outside the room. Finally we approached the lady at the front desk who immediately gave us the towels for showering but the rubbish was still in the bins. It may be an unexpected incident but the maid may knock on the door to find out when they finished cleaning the next door!
