during my stay at rainbow motel , it was a great moment. everything was good . water pressure in bathroom was okey ,the room was very clean and spacious for two people. there’s also have an elevator . the owner was super helpful . there’s a 24h mart nearby .

I really loved the room 😍 It felt clean, fresh, and new throughout my entire stay! It was a bit tricky to find the hotel address because the owner has properties in several locations, and I couldn't find 'Rainbow Motel 3' specifically on Grab. But the hotel quickly responded to my message. I just had to walk a short distance down the street with my suitcase. Everything in the room was brand new – bedding, robes, towels, furniture, bathroom fixtures, appliances (kettle, air conditioner, hairdryer, TV, refrigerator), and dishes (glasses, cups, plate). The wardrobe had plenty of hangers and a laundry basket, plus lots of slippers. All necessary toiletries were provided (liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, dental kits, comb, cotton swabs). Entry to the room and the hotel late at night was by key card. The room had a stylish design, with all details tastefully chosen. There was no humidity in the room; everything dried well. Upon check-in, there were 4 bottles of 0.5L water. There's an elevator in the building. On the first floor, near reception, you can buy clothes. Nearby, there are stops for buses 17, 19, and 20, as well as many cafes, restaurants, shops, massage parlors, travel agencies, etc. It's close to the fountain show at the lake. The beach is just one block away on foot, and beach access is open and free. The V-bus from the safari and VinWonders park dropped us off at the main entrance of Wyndham Garden, which is very close to the hotel. Room cleaning was not done once during my 4-day stay, and water was not replenished. In comparison, when I stayed at hotels in the city center and in the south, cleaning was daily, and water was provided without request. The balcony offered a good view – of the Wyndham Garden hotel pool and a part of Grand World. What could be improved is regular cleaning and daily water replenishment in the room. It's a pleasant place to stay, and I'd love to come back! Thank you to the owner for creating such a cozy atmosphere!
