“Very smooth transaction between agent and driver. They contact u via whatsapp or wechat. Before arrival, name of driver and contact will be given to customers. They actually create a group chat for us. So convenient, so punctual, driver is so friendly as well. We had a change of plan to places we wanted to visit and the driver accommodate to our request with very safe advice ( weather plays a part ) and he actually chooses the best route for sight seeing without wasting time. “We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Leo’s Travel for our Beijing day tour. Our guide, Macy, was exceptional—she picked us up promptly from our hotel and demonstrated outstanding knowledge of Chinese history and culture throughout the day. From the Temple of Heaven to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Lama Temple, Macy provided detailed, engaging explanations at every stop, bringing the rich history of each site to life. Her expertise and passion made the experience truly memorable, and we left with a much deeper understanding and appreciation of Beijing’s heritage. After our tour finished at five o’clock, we mentioned our interest in experiencing a robotaxi. Our driver went above and beyond—he took us to a spot on the outskirts of Beijing where the robotaxi operates and, despite our limited Chinese language skills, he personally helped us book the ride and got us to the right location. “5-Star Service at Mt. Siguniang & Bipenggou ​We had a fantastic 2D1N private tour. The booking and pre-tour communication were excellent; the team set up a group chat with daily weather updates and essential packing lists for altitude. ​The Team: Our lead was professional, flexible, and highly communicative. Our driver, Mr. Li Bo, was safe and helpful from the moment he picked us up. ​Key Tips: Take altitude sickness advice seriously. Our 6-year-old struggled at Mt. Siguniang but felt much better at Bipenggou once acclimated. Eat a big meal or buy snacks before the Siguniang park bus, and definitely request extra oxygen early as they run out fast! ​Stay: The Zhui Shan MingJin Hotel was local but great. Staff were helpful, and the food was good (note: dinner is extra). Its location right by Bipenggou is perfect for the 2.5-hour drive back to Chengdu. ​Verdict: A great experience. Next time, we’ll definitely book 3D2N to enjoy the scenery even longer!”
