“Our guide was Sue from Leo's private tour and our driver was Hai Yan. Both ladies took good care of us throughout the 2 days we had engaged them. Sue maintained a good and easy pace for my parents. Both she and Hai Yan made sure that my parents would not be overly exerted. I really appreciate that. Sue also shared a lot about the history & culture surrounding the sights that we covered i.e. Tiananmen Square, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace, and Beihai Park. “We had such an amazing 3 days with our tour guide Michael , he was extremely knowledgeable of the Zhangjiajie area and made our trip incredibly smooth (without him it would be impossible to navigate the vast area). He made sure all of our needs were catered for even down to providing a small snack when we got hungry. He seamlessly picked us up from our hotel to begin the tour and during the time in our tour made sure we saw all the scenic spots Zhangjiajie has to offer. He then dropped us off at the Pullman hotel which was an absolutely beautiful hotel provided with the tour. When we asked where to eat he took us to a local restaurant to try the local delicacies and also organised for us to go and watch a local show which was incredible. So thank you so much Michael for the best 3 days of me and my partners lives and thank you for the tour group for organising this special tour. If you’re still deciding whether or not to go with this tour I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
