The room is great, as are the view, gym, and swimming pool. The location is also excellent, right beside two famous night markets. They provide mini golf, volleyball, and football for customers to play and enjoy during their trip. The breakfast looks nice, although I haven’t tasted it yet. It’s just a bit crowded because there are a lot of tourists visiting this hotel. Overall, I would give it 5/5.

A Hidden Gem in Pranburi – My Favorite Stay! I had a wonderful stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The property is spacious with a peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by a beautiful garden and lots of trees—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. A big plus for me was the EV charging station, which made everything super convenient. This place truly has everything I need, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Pranburi!

This is my second time staying at the Ibis Hua Hin, and I'm still very satisfied. They frequently host pool parties, which creates a lively atmosphere. My only minor gripes are that the room is a bit on the small side, there's no writing desk, and the balcony is quite compact, only fitting two chairs and a small side table.

Excellent, loved it! I especially appreciated the convenience of the smart wristband/watch, which allowed us to access everything effortlessly. It's truly ideal for families with children, as you can easily head down to the water for a swim or play anytime. The lazy river was also a highlight; it was so relaxing to just float along. The hotel genuinely understands what kids need! There's a dedicated kids' corner where children can pick their own food, and the restaurant even offers a special children's menu, allowing them to order their own meals. Such thoughtful touches! Big thumbs up! Overall, every aspect of the hotel was fantastic. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be wonderful to have a more direct or quicker access route to the nearby shopping area. The current walk is a bit long, and frankly, for families like ours, that particular path doesn't feel very safe to use after dark.

I stayed here for two nights and found it to be an excellent value, especially for long-term stays. The room is spacious and designed more like a serviced apartment, with ample storage for clothes and personal items. It was clean and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and pillows that were just the right size and softness. The hotel features a large swimming pool, and the reception and staff were consistently friendly and polite. The internet is fast and reliable. However, the working desk is quite short—even my 13-inch laptop barely fits comfortably. Although there is no beach view, the overall quality and price make this place a great bargain. I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on the food.

The location is breathtaking, some of the staff are great and even tried to go out of their way and made sure the guest is happy. One of the concierge even dropped me at the nearest convenient shop. However, there is a problem with the room cleanliness and facilities. Check in time was strictly 3pm without flexibility and you can see all the guest gathered at the lobby waiting for the rooms. The bathroom was very dirty, the kettle have no electrical outlet near to it and you have to put it on the floor to use it and the gym equipment are broken and the AC on the gym is also not working. The only great thing about this hotel is the location, the beach bar area and the proximity to the beach. The hotel needs renovation and has a big potential to be one of the best hotel in Hua Hin. However, the hotel looked neglected and tired.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the breakfast was delicious with many great options. The location was convenient, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

The location was great, within walking distance from the train station. The beach was also just a five-minute walk away. We had an unobstructed ocean view from our window, perfect for watching the sunrise from the room in the morning. The room was huge! It was fully equipped with all amenities and had plenty of space. An electric kettle and cups were provided. The staff at check-in and check-out were all very friendly. The swimming pool was large and clean, and I enjoyed having it all to myself in the morning. Overall, excellent value for money!

Pros 👍🏻 1. Excellent value for money. 2. Both the ambiance and service were outstanding. Traveling with two young children and elderly family members, things were quite eventful at times! Our clothes actually blew off the balcony [laughing-crying emoji], and we needed help retrieving them from various rooms and even the rooftop. The staff were incredibly helpful and managed to get them all back for us. It gets very windy here, so a travel clothesline is a must-have; I immediately ordered one after this experience! 3. There are plenty of diverse facilities to enjoy. The lobby always had complimentary cookies, snacks, and iced water, perfect for guests to refuel after a busy day. 4. Although it's located next to the train tracks, I personally didn't find it noisy at all; the bar noise was actually more noticeable. 5. The 4-person family room was a huge plus for us. It's often challenging to find hotels that can accommodate a family without needing separate rooms, allowing us to stay together and look after the children, all while being reasonably priced. 6. There's a laundry room available for 40 THB per wash. Cons 👎 1. It's about a 20-minute journey to both the beach and Market Village. The road lacks sidewalks, which felt a bit dangerous, especially when going out for dinner at night, so I had to take a taxi every time. 2. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive. 3. For massages, I'd strongly recommend going to a reputable chain near Market Village, as the options near the hotel are quite mediocre. 4. Ctrip's pictures showed a bathtub, but there wasn't one in our room, which was a bit disappointing.

The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast on weekdays is not very good, but there are many food options. There are several pools, making it a good choice for families.
