About a 10 min drive or a 35 min walk to the White house and nearby attractions. Parking for our family van was $65 ++ per night but they guided us to a cheaper parking lot nearby that cost us $68++ for 2 nights.
We dint have breakfast here so no comments.
Beds were nice, toilets clean, coffee was nice.
Overall a nice stay.

The room was beautiful and much larger than I expected. It was a suite, featuring a living room, a bar area, a dining table, and a separate bedroom, making for a fantastic overall environment. Breakfast was a standard American spread, which was decent, including items like omelets, fruit, cereal, bread, milk, coffee, and juice. Occasionally, there were homeless individuals near the hotel's main entrance. The staff, including front desk personnel and bellhops, were professional but not overly warm or enthusiastic; they were perfectly adequate and caused no issues. The deposit was promptly refunded upon check-out. The hotel's location is excellent: it's next to a Microsoft office, with upscale brand stores like Tiffany nearby, and a pharmacy just around the corner. The White House is also easily accessible on foot. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

For our third night at the hotel, it was spotless and the facilities were great. Key card access was required for the elevators, and a security guard was on duty in the lobby nightly from 10 PM to 6 AM. The lobby also offered 24-hour coffee and hot water. Breakfast options varied slightly each day; aside from the lack of vegetables, everything else was quite good. Overall, I was satisfied.
It was simply GREAT! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Pleasant atmosphere. Everything was also very neat. We had booked a room with a king size bed and the room was very spacious, very handy if you travel with large luggage, the bed was also fantastic. Good mattress and pillows. We also ate in the hotel restaurant, personally I thought it was a bit too expensive and there were no other people there which made the atmosphere a bit strange. The parking of the hotel itself was also a bit on the pricey side.

We spent two nights here on weekdays. Our room came with a fridge, microwave, plates/bowls and tableware, which are very helpful to us. We didn’t use its parking but instead parked in a garage on 15th Street (paid only $71.98 for two nights!) Breakfast was okay (disappointed by the bacon, which is not natural but processed). If you get your breakfast around 7:30 AM, the breakfast room is not crowded at all. During weekdays, breakfast is served from 6 to 9 AM, but from 7 to 10 AM on weekends.

The hotel is located behind Union Station, next to a relatively new residential area. It is said that it is the Capitol Building store, but it is still nearly half an hour's walking distance from the Capitol. Outside the window of the room is the rails of the station. Fortunately, the sound is good, and the sound is not heard when the train passes by. The room was large and very comfortable. There are refrigerators and microwaves to solve big problems. Next to the Noma Gallaudet University subway station, a large number of cattle and horses work from here every morning. Washington is very dense with blacks. The blacks around the hotel are in groups. The homeless are everywhere. They are strange and strange. They come over to talk to me about smoking. The black children are in groups of three or five doing nothing. The sense of security is lacking. They dare not stay too much at the entrance of the hotel. There are 7-11 convenience stores, Delta, Subway and a DELI store within 50 meters of the hotel, and life is still very convenient. When I checked in, I just caught up with the public area including the lobby and corridor air conditioner. The two temporary air conditioners in the lobby were in the middle. Two large pipes directly connected to the ceiling. It was very abrupt and had no effect. It was very stuffy. There is a Starbucks in the lobby, and breakfast is actually provided by Starbucks (see picture). It's amazing.
Lovely hotel right outside DuPont Circle. We took the train and/ or walked everywhere! While this isn’t a fault of the hotel, there were several large groups of teenagers (it was school vacation week), so it could get quite loud in the common areas. I couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms in our room, but you could hear people running through the halls and slamming doors (which started pretty early in the morning). We asked for extra towels one day, and the front desk said they’d be right up, but they never actually came. We asked the front desk for something else another day, and that also never happened. The complementary wine and cheese house was very enjoyable! We would consider staying here again.
The charm of this renovated boutique hotel just steps off of DuPont Circle is only outmatched by the level of friends and customer service provided by the staff. You cannot ask for a more convenient location. There’s the DuPont Metro stop steps away, but we find many attractions are within a 30 minute walk. The rooms are well appointed with up-to-date furnishings and design, and glorious mattresses. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free cocktail at 5pm isn’t bad either

PpiggymomThe surrounding environment is elegant, there is a supermarket 300 meters nearby
Facilities: Overall good, bathroom shower is a bit difficult to adjust
Service: Very good, the front desk brother is very warm, the introduction is very detailed
Hygienic: Not very ideal, the next morning, the bathroom floor was lying on a big scale, maybe the relationship between the old house and the kitchen
GGuest UserGuest rooms are very spacious. Location is great: walking distance to Georgetown and five minutes to the DuPont Circle Red Line station. Check in and check out were fast. The fitness center equipment was upgraded during my visit. The pool was, however, closed for the duration.
Staff were friendly. The business center’s printer’s toner needed to be replaced but wasn’t during my visit but front desk staff helped me with printing. Housekeeping staff are nice but sometimes maybe too busy and can forget to replenish everything, such as paper cups for the coffee machines.
Generally very good value hotel.

김김Such a lovely hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was great. Octopus appetizer, hamburger and salmon dish were all amazing. def recommend. Staff were nice. But the vallet was sooo expensive. $60 per night. i heard that you can park $30 per night just next to hotel. But there was a random male underwear on the top of the closet. Except the parking and cleanliness, everything was great and would like to stay again if i visit DC again.
GGuest UserRooms were clean. Water was supplied for coffee pot, but to be charged $15.00 for Wi-Fi is ridiculous. And makeup mirror, although lighted, should really be magnified for anyone looking to apply makeup without putting glasses on to do so. But everything else was lovely. Never saw pool or gym.
YYANSONGThe hotel is conveniently located close to famous attractions. The decoration style of the hotel is very good, the room is very nice and clean. There is also a gym, bar, very convenient.
GGuest UserVery new hotel. The hotel staff are not familiar with the service process. The hotel information on Ctrip is not accurate. Parking is $30 during the day and $68 overnight. How can hotel guests not stay overnight? Breakfast is not all-inclusive. Each person is given a $20 quota. More than that needs to be paid separately. However, after eating breakfast and checking out, breakfast was still charged separately. After some inquiries, the hotel staff did some research and explained that the breakfast bill was not credited until after the checkout, resulting in the breakfast quota for each person not being deducted. This process is really amazing. So far, I don’t know whether the overcharged fees have been refunded. The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the National Gallery.
