The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is almost double the normal Ibis room (eg in Lindon, Korea, or Sydney). Location is just behind the Snack street, so lots of interesting stuff to eat. Infront is the Han river and you can walk along it towards the Eye of Tianjin.. I would give it 5 stars for an Ibis.

Solo traveller, enjoyed a queen sized bed. Cleanliness of the room on entering is good, daily cleaning service provided. Location is convenient, with metro station less than 5 mins walk. Wide available options for food & drinks, including multiple malls within 10 mins walk. Friendly reception service, and approachable. Self-service laundry available. Room heating is well functioning for cold winter of 5ºC to -5ºC.

(Review from a foreigner) This hotel, located near the airport, offers large rooms perfect for a comfortable night's sleep after a late arrival. Surrounding are shoplots from my room I can see car repair shops, small businesses but I didn’t get to explore more. While the staff's English proficiency is limited, they are accommodating and willing to help with guest needs. Overall, this hotel is a practical choice for travelers seeking a restful stay with close proximity to the airport.

Magnificent hotel with the highest level of service and comfort. Very attentive and professional staff. The layout of the room strikes with its design and individuality, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, modern appliances and other equipment, excellent care cosmetics in the room, brilliant panoramic view, etc. will satisfy the taste of the most demanding and refined guest. Special compliments to the hotel's Chef, the food is very tasty, beautifully presented. The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to explore the city, all attractions are within walking distance. I am grateful to the hotel for a pleasant stay on holidays and recommend it to all who prefer a refined, comfortable and professional level of service!

A nice, new hotel in the centre of tourist areas. A decent walk to the subway, but cabs are plentiful. My biggest issue with the room was the lack of children’s programs on the TV. At the time of my visit, CCTV14 was not part of their package.

Had the most wonderful stay at a hotel at Pan Pacific Tianjin in recent years, largely thanks to the warm hospitality of all front desk staff who were warm, welcoming and very helpful. I had a headache and as a foreigner, could not order painkillers via delivery and Leila from the front desk was really nice to help me out with it. Upon check out, the front desk staff were also all friendly and sweet (I forgot her name). I accidentally left my outerwear behind and the concierge was really helpful to help me retrieve and send it to my friend's hotel for me. It was a solo trip and witnessing such warmth and kindness overseas really made my trip memorable and I would like to thank all the staff! :) Location is perfect, just across the street from the river, and about a 10-15 minute walk from Tianjin Eye. Room is spacious and clean too. Only small room for improvement is if the ventilation can be better as there was a bit of smoke smell for a non-smoking room. But overall, Pan Pac Tianjin is a hotel I'll return to stay if I ever visit Tianjin again.

Due to a sudden trip to Beijing, I had the pleasure of enjoying a weekend staycation at the Four Seasons Tianjin once again. This time, I opted for a new package on Ctrip, which proved to be delightful. The room was immaculate, the facilities were well-organized, and the food was delicious. Their professionalism ensured that my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

The night view is amazing. I went to Beijing to play but thought Tianjin was not far away, so I chose Zhefei next to Tianjin Station. It was really the right choice! I always love drinking Haihe milk hahaha. This time I went directly to the Haihe River. The service of the front desk sister and brother was particularly good. Thumbs up 👍
