摆渡修行
In the famous eel restaurant, this wave of operations is really six six six. For the Chinese New Year, they specially launched two New Year delicacies: Crispy Udon Noodles Eel Sashimi and Seafood Ginseng Chicken Soup Eel Hot Pot Crispy Udon Noodles Eel Sashimi This sashimi is the only cooked sashimi I have ever eaten. Because it is made with eel rice, in order to prevent the eel from spilling on the table, we are very careful when scooping it up and not so bold. I like to eat Japanese sashimi, which is much better than traditional sashimi, especially grilled eel and crispy udon noodles, which are very appetizing with cucumber shreds and grapefruit peel. Seafood Ginseng Chicken Soup Eel The ginseng chicken soup is stewed for more than three hours. The soup is rich but not too sticky. The abalone, scallops, fish maw, mushrooms and black tiger shrimps that are full of soup are very fresh and sweet. I even ate several bowls of cabbage in it. This hot pot is also served with three bowls of rice.

摆渡修行
Kamo Tsuru's own tavern is my favorite. It is a two-story wooden building with a lot of style. There are good wines and good food in the store. They have a delicious wine pot, which was originally designed as a staff meal for wine workers (this kind of virtue of drinking while working is a bit similar to our company), and then everyone loved it, and it became a famous local cuisine in Hiroshima. Crispy chicken gizzards, fresh pork belly, lightly fried, sprinkled with a little salt and pepper, and then poured a whole bottle of sake, and cooked with sweet and crispy vegetables into a pot of pudupudu. At first, it tasted refreshing and had to be dipped in eggs and lemon juice. After three rounds of wine, sashimi and wine dishes were served one by one. Unknowingly, the pot became more and more fragrant, and the more it cooked, the sweeter and richer it became. It was so delicious even if it was eaten alone.
