liyanbuctThe service is very good. It feels like eating at home. The environment is also very good. The taste of the dishes is also very unique. The only thing is that the portion is too small. If you order less, you won't be full. I recommend seafood, such as scallops, which are very good.

TheForkUserThe welcome was genuine and warm. We were shown to our table and left to choose from the menu but left rather a long ten mins before anyone came to take our order. The food, dishes were generous portions and delicious. We enjoyed our evening and thank you.

TheForkUserOne of our party had dry Turkey and i noticed it was the last cutting of left on the meat, She should have taken it back and got some of the new Turkey which came out after.Other than that everything else food wise was good and we all enjoyed.We will book again for a lunch time meal!John.

TheForkUserRestaurant & food were excellent. There was unfortunately only one member of staff on duty for the bar & the restaurant but he worked his socks off and we did not have any particularly extended waits. Food was delicious & we all enjoyed what we ordered.

TheForkUserThe food was excellent and the table service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Other patrons seemed to be satisfied too. However, the welcome on arrival and seating were disappointing. I had to wait about 10 minutes to be greeted and shown to my table. There was no person receiving guests and I only received attention when I asked for it and this after having been ignored by 4 members of staff.

TheForkUserI’ve just met up with four friends I’d not seen for 45 years - and TWE completely ticked every box - from being welcomed, seated, hot plates and good hot fresh food - it didn’t disappoint and there was no pressure to leave our table. I don’t know when I have ever had really good food that met everyone’s tastes and needs. I can truthfully say that on this occasion the staff, attention, food and ambience was outstanding. I’m also conscious that there are a number of staff behind the scenes and in the kitchen who don’t get praise/tips directly from the customers and trust they will hear this review too.

Although the chef is most proud of the combination of pork belly and scallops, the tropical dessert full of nostalgia is too eye-catching. The lowest temperature tomorrow is 2 degrees, and it is 22 degrees at home, so I feel homesick ​

That was the only disappointment of the everning.As we use Macdoonald Bear as our choice please reassure us that it is a Fork restaurant.jThank you.
