The personal attention and atmosphere are excellent. This restaurant should be michelin starred. The food is unique. Well done Firo. The pairing if wine to food was brilliant and only server to enhanced our experience, thanks César.

The food is to die for, the best I've ever eaten in my life, the treatment and service are 10/10, you feel at home, I'm from Elche and it's 200 km away but I'll come back every time I can.

Good food typical Spanish menu great service. Shame there's no English menu as I know it could be difficult to understand if you don't understand or speak Spanish. But have been a few times now and I'm certainly going again!!

This restaurant is a real gem. It bills itself as a wine bar, but I think most people would view it as a tapas restaurant. It is a local eatery, not posh or fancy, but the owner (Pepe) sources the best ingredients from across Spain and uses them to design his own tapas, which are outstanding. His passion for good food is clear and as he serves each dish, he explains not just what it is but also where the ingredients come from and why they are the best Spain has to offer. There is also a very good wine list showcasing the locak Jumilla wines. We have been several times and rather than choose from the menu oouselves, we always ask the owner to just bring us his choice of food - a mix of hot and cold - and he brings dish after dish until we ask him to stop. Our average spend is around 25 - 30€, which is superb value.I highly recommend Los Tres Soles.
