Chef Stephano, who speaks good enough English and fluent French, went out of his way to explain everything to us. For an area that is short of fish dishes he had tuna and amberjack on his menus. We had a great meal, good wine and he spent time explaining everything to us. If you’re in the area, this restaurant is a must!!!

Excellent pasta with spicy tomato and salted ricotta, excellent tartare with mustard, the tagliata with butter and herbs is superb and even the roast potatoes with the skin are perfect. Nice wine list, even organic. What can I say? Very pleasant dinner!

So I chose the same 3 dishes to see whether I had imagined the quality and taste experienced during my first visit. I HAD NOT! It was just as wonderful.
