This restaurant is worth a visit because their dishes are rich in variety, rich in flavor, exquisite in presentation, and generous in portion. It's amazing, no wonder the restaurant is so popular.

Trilye Restaurant is a restaurant with Turkish and Mediterranean style. It is said that their grilled fish is excellent. Turkish restaurants are a bit like when we go to eat in small restaurants. There will be some prepared small dishes (meze) and they will be served before the appetizer. Trilye's small dishes are excellent. The thin slices of olive oil marinated octopus are tender and tasty. The freshness and sweetness of the octopus complement the aroma of olive oil. The very opinionated waiter helped us order some kind of yogurt mixed with spices and vegetables, and the marinated fish was also great. The appetizer was fish soup. Trilye's fish soup is thick, stewed with tomatoes and vegetables, and there are large pieces of fish. The main course is grilled sea bass. The fish itself is very fresh, grilled just right, tender and juicy, and has a very fragrant charcoal grilled flavor~ It is indeed a signature. The dessert is a rare chocolate soufflé, which is delicious and bitter and sweet. I haven't eaten soufflé for a long time. The other dish was ordered by a very opinionated waiter, chickpea pistachio ice cream, the crunchy ice cream mixed with pistachios, a very special taste. The whole meal was full of surprises, and the wine was also chosen by a very opinionated waiter. Thanks to his recommendation, the meal and wine are both unique and delicious.
