E20***63Bill's Manchester, a street restaurant, you can sit outside and watch people coming and going, eat and drink to kill time. It was a pity that it rained that day, so we ate inside. The steak with bone was a big portion.

Only disappointment was yet again the venue were not aware of the Fork offer of £20.00 for three courses as our original bill was for the normal price of £23.00. This was eventually corrected but really not fair on either ourselves or the venue.
