Before arriving in Rosario we had been in the North of Argentina for 5 weeks and finding the meat and pasta diet boring. We had the Bogo and the Pacu grilled a la parilla. Plain and simple the flavour of each river fish spoke for itself. Delicious. Down to earth restaurant crowdef with locals. Loved it
