The location is not good, and the river view is almost invisible, so I focus on eating. The amount of dishes feels less than other stores I have eaten, but the taste is still very good and the price is not high.

Vietnam has long been a French colony, so in Vietnam, a French Vietnamese cuisine has also developed a French-style Vietnamese cuisine faction, this French Vietnamese cuisine is mainly French style atmosphere, plus the harmonizing and optimized Vietnamese cuisine taste, forming a self-made romantic style of French leeks.

The salmon stew in this old restaurant tastes particularly delicious. From preparing food, seasoning, spices to cooking, it is very hard and laborious, and the taste is super fragrant and unique. The salmon stew here is made from squid and salmon, cut into squares. The chef still leaves the thick skin outside to make the fish more resilient and not soft. When fried, the fish fillets are yellowish brown, soft and sweet, and the sauce is a delicious fish sauce, with onions and small fennel, rich and unique taste.

setting, a couple was celebrating their anniversary the night we went, great selection of wines and favourite dish the spring rolls and the papaya salad. The fried salmon main wasn’t as tasty as it could have been but all dish presentation was of high standards.

This is a traditional Vietnamese restaurant with a nice environment and great taste. What's more worth mentioning is that the prices of dishes in this restaurant are really reasonable. I especially recommend eating Vietnamese spring rolls, the wrappers in this restaurant are very delicious. The sauce is also great!

The environment is a bit Japanese, but the dishes are all standard Southeast Asian cuisine. In addition, the service is really not Japanese at all. Not to mention the same high-quality service as Japanese stores, at least the basics are not met. I asked for a cup of ice cubes, but I was not given it from ordering to checking out.

On the first day in Hanoi, the hotel staff recommended us to eat at this restaurant. They only have beef, no wonder the hotel staff asked us if we wanted beef. We chose well-done, and then ordered another serving of fried dough sticks. The noodles cost 60K, and the fried dough sticks seemed to be 10. The taste was good, the soup base was delicious, and it tasted different when soaked with fried dough sticks. The amount of beef was quite sufficient, but I felt a little bit overwhelmed at the end, and later I thought it might be better to order a mixture of half well-done and half medium-done. There was only lemon on the table, no one-pot dish. I added a lot of lemon, I liked the taste. The sliced chili was super spicy. I brought my baby in the stroller, and the waiter specially arranged a corner seat for me and carefully turned off the fan. Someone who wanted to sit over immediately said that there was a baby, and he was reassigned a seat.

This is the restaurant with the most abundant dishes I have eaten in Hanoi. The food is delicious. There are a lot of people. It costs more than 100 RMB for two people + drinks. We were too full and didn't finish the meal.
