I was happy to have found this location and get a reservation. The menu was limited but good. There seemed to be several small tour groups there for a tour, tasting and lunch. Those who arrived without a reservation weee guided To the lovely garden in the back with a petite food truck making sweet and savory crepes with the full champagne list available.

Excellent food at great prices. Hard to beat in this area. The menus and wine pairings are great value. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted somewhere special. We were delighted with Le Mont Aime.

After tasting several wines at the first stop, Champagne Bollinger, my taste buds have been completely opened. I am afraid that if I stay in one place for too long, I will not have time to taste other good wines🤤 Next, I can't wait to drive to the heart of Champagne - Avize Grand Cru Village, check in to the hotel Les Avisés, just to taste their legendary champagne wine list. Why does this mysterious land attract so many tourists? Why not listen to me in detail👏 🍇Where is Avize? Friends who are interested in wine must be familiar with the concept of "Grand Cru". It is a symbol of the grade and status of wineries, vineyards and wines in different wine producing areas. Grand Cru means "great origin", and in Champagne it means "Grand Cru Village" that dominates the wine industry. There are only 17 Grand Cru villages in the entire Champagne region, and Avize is one of them! 🍇Why Les Avisés? Les Avisés is a hotel and restaurant jointly opened by Anselme Selosse and his friends. It is right next to the famous Domaine Jacques Selosse winery. You can drink wine and champagne selected by Anselme in the restaurant🍾️ Because the wine is excellent and reasonably priced, and you can also drink Jacques Selosse, which is rare elsewhere, many people drive a long way to the restaurant just for wine tasting, but in fact the dishes are also very delicious, and the service is warm. The lunch set only costs 45 euros, and salads, beef, and desserts are all available. It is a very surprising existence! Les Avisés is a small hotel, so the rooms and interiors are particularly exquisite. The displays in every corner are like a museum. Diving in is like being in the world of princes and nobles in the movie, and you never want to come out again🤤 👨 Who is Anselme Selosse? He is the son of Jacques Selosse, the founder of the legendary winery Domaine Jacques Selosse, and took over the winery in 1974 (the winery was established in 1949). Under his management, the winery now has 7.5 hectares of vineyards and an annual output of less than 60,000 bottles! Compared with the Bollinger winery mentioned above, this output is not much, so his Champagne Jacques Selosse is also very difficult to buy now! In addition, Anselme is also known as a revolutionary in the wine industry. Because of him, the terroir of the Champagne region is well known to wine lovers all over the world. His strict selection of the maturity and quality of grapes is almost crazy🤯 During the three days and two nights we stayed in the hotel, we were lucky enough to meet Mr. Anselme in the restaurant. We chatted for a few words, and paired with the good wine in the restaurant, it can be said to be a pleasant surprise👏👏 🍾️During these meals, we drank Initial, Substance, and Ambonnay. From the fresh and unrestrained entry-level wine to the mature and restrained lovers, friends who are interested in wine and want to know more can also refer to it. The pictures of the wine are placed in order~ I can’t remember how many times I have been tipsy in Champagne (laughing). The legendary stories about the Champagne region of France are so fascinating that I really want to stay on the road like this... #French Travel #Champagne Tourism #Champagne Winery #Check in Around the World YO #France Travel Guide
