Timmy's kitchen's fresh halibut, the meat is tender and juicy, but the taste is too strong and a bit sour. The lobster and crab dishes are actually stir-fried, which tastes similar to that of a food stall. They have smooth garlic oysters and grilled chicken with fragrant skin.

The Hollandaise sauce of the Benedict eggs is much thicker than the ones I've had before, with a dense and creamy texture. The poached eggs are just the right amount of runny, and go well with the smoked salmon. The toasted toast used as the base is a bit hard to cut after being left for a long time, so I prefer the traditional muffin. The Italian beans are lighter, the flat white is normal, and the mocha is not as sweet as the heavy chocolate, but it is more pleasing.
