The poached eggs are just the right amount of runny, and go well with the smoked salmon. The toasted toast used as the base is a bit hard to cut after being left for a long time, so I prefer the traditional muffin. The Italian beans are lighter, the flat white is normal, and the mocha is not as sweet as the heavy chocolate, but it is more pleasing.
