Compared with Marumei and Ajizo Tengoku, this Hida beef sushi located on the old street of Takayama is more accessible. 🌿It is basically unrealistic to buy sushi here without queuing, but since it is take-out, the queue time is not long. We went there during the Spring Festival. There were more than ten people in front of us, and it took about 10 minutes to get in line. 🌿There are 4 sets of beef sushi: 1️⃣Set A is 700 yen for two sushi, one seasoned with salt and the other with light soy sauce 2️⃣Set B is 800 yen for two, and the sushi in this set is added with raw quail eggs and seaweed. 3️⃣Set C is 1000 yen for three, which is one of the A set and the B set.
