The streets of Interlaken are full of Chinese people, and there are more people than locals. Naturally, there are many Chinese restaurants here. The Asian Garden receives Chinese teams, but there are also many foreigners patronizing. The taste and price are good.

We stumbled upon Brasserie St.Georges in Interlaken, and boy, are we glad we did! We'd originally made reservations at a traditional Swiss place across the street, but honestly, we couldn't face another meal of fondue and potatoes. This place turned out to be exactly what we needed.Located in one of the nicest hotels in the area, Brasserie St.Georges offers a mix of Italian, French, and Swiss food. The restaurant itself has a great vibe - fancy enough for a nice dinner out, but still comfortable for a family meal.I went for the burger, and it was spot-on. Thick, juicy, and cooked just right - exactly what I was craving. My wife tried the Chicken Cordon Bleu, which was a hit. Instead of the usual ham, it had beef inside along with the melted cheese, all wrapped up in crispy breading. A nice twist on a classic. The real winner for us was the kids' menu. Our daughter got the chicken tenders and loved them. It's not always easy to find good options for kids in Interlaken, so this was a big plus. What really stood out was the service. In a country known for good hospitality, these folks still managed to impress us. They were attentive without being overbearing, and seemed genuinely happy to help. The hotel that houses the restaurant is pretty impressive too - it's one of those beautiful, historic buildings you see all over Switzerland. It definitely added to the overall experience. If you're in Interlaken and looking for a break from traditional Swiss fare, or just want a really good meal, Brasserie St.Georges is the place to go. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip, food-wise. We'll definitely be back next time we're in town.

The Italian restaurant on the pier of the town of Spiez makes you want to sit down immediately after seeing it. The restaurant faces Thungu, the lake is sky blue, and there are snow-capped mountains in the distance that have no snow. Can you see people playing speedboat sailing on the lake? They are so good at enjoying life. The restaurant mainly serves Italian cuisine, with pizza, pasta, risotto and fish as staples. I also asked the service staff to recommend white wine for the dishes. The whole bottle of North Point produced in Switzerland is 45 Swiss francs, and a cup of 100 ml is 7 Swiss francs. The price is very reasonable. In the dry summer, I ordered seafood risotto and mushroom risotto, as well as pink salmon cream sauce pasta and grilled prawns. The prawns are very fresh and chewy, and the chili garlic sauce has a Thai flavor. Drinking some wine makes the prawns sweeter. The seafood risotto has enough ingredients, including mussels, squid, and prawns. The sauce is a bit sour and spicy, which is very appetizing in summer. The mushroom risotto has a strong creamy aroma and tastes better than seafood rice. The pink salmon pasta is the same as the white cream white sauce pasta, but it is dyed with pink sauce and looks much better. After the meal, it is paired with a scoop of lemon sorbet to relieve the greasiness. It is perfect.
