TheForkUserA pleasant discovery. A very small restaurant, very tastefully decorated. We were welcomed by two guys with a wonderful smile, super professional and prepared. The small menu (few dishes for a very high quality) is very particular, we decided to take advice from the guy who proposed different dishes to us. It was all really delicious, special mention for the tagliatelle with sheep ragù, I don't eat sheep because I don't like that strong flavor of the meat, but I had to change my mind and I also mopped it up. Very soft and delicate meat. Absolutely recommended if you want to try dishes that innovate with style and refined professionalism the true Sardinian tradition.

Appetizer platter: 6 different hot and cold appetizers. - Italian fresh meat sausage, as delicious and juicy as always, paired with crispy Sardinian pizza pane carasau - Involtino: It looks like fried wontons, with cheese filling in the crispy pizza, which surprised the three of us at one bite, delicious! - Veal slices with tuna sauce: The standard is still the same, and there is also this pizza dipped in tuna caper sauce that I always grab There is also crayfish meat salad that Japanese friends love the most on the plate. This time, the sheep's milk cheese is a little sweet, and the taste is not strong, even Meow can eat a little with the pizza. Oh, this eggplant slice is also very tasty. To be honest, if I hadn't known that the three plates of pasta/risotto were quite a lot, I would have really wanted to order a platter! - Fregola e salsiccia: Sardinian specialty pasta with Italian fresh meat sausage, seasonal white asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Fresh and refreshing. I really like the chewy texture of the small pasta. - Penne e bottarga: Salted fish roe is ground into different sizes, the saltiness is just right and not fishy, ​​a simple and delicious one. My Japanese friend said that salted fish roe pasta is his favorite pasta, which is also a coincidence. - Risotto ai frutti di mare: Fresh and salty seafood risotto, with plenty of seafood including shrimp, small cuttlefish and tuna pieces.
