travelerererThis Gora Kadan Kaiseki restaurant is located in the hot spring hotel where we stayed. This restaurant is also rated as a star restaurant. The environment is as comfortable as ever. We ordered a few of their specialties.

KevinThere is a teahouse on the mountain road, and there are basically tourists passing by. The snacks and tea are not expensive. The matcha inside is very delicious and light, and the house is very cool, with a natural feeling.

3. Daimasa Honten

KevinIt can't be compared with the eel rice in Nagoya, but Taisho is also considered to be a larger eel rice specialty store in Hakone. It is more cost-effective to order the one-volume one, but the rice is relatively small and the eel is not particularly good.

健康美丽的芳芳On the recommendation of a good local friend, we checked in at the Japanese restaurant "chimoto". We booked a private room in advance. The environment was really nice, and there were tatami seats. The tempura here is the best.

KevinIt's near Gora Station. The black pork fried pork cutlet is very good. There are many varieties of set meals. I ordered two mid-range fried pork cutlets, both tasted good. The rice with onion and egg was more delicious.

KevinWe ordered some simple meals, similar to what you would find in an izakaya. The fried chicken was delicious, the steak tasted great, and the Japanese tofu soup was great. The price was a little high, but overall we were satisfied.

KevinThis is a restaurant affiliated with Hatsuhana Hotel, which specializes in soba noodles. The child ordered a portion of tamagoyaki (egg rice), which was also very delicious. The egg was half-cooked and tasted very good. The chicken was very tender, and it tasted a bit like soaked rice when paired with rice.
