Seafood noodles are their specialty. It was already past 1pm when we found them. It wasn't very popular, but we had to wait for more than half an hour before we were able to get a seat. The noodles were pretty good, and the side dishes were also delicious. The wait was worth it. It was not very popular, but Sihailou was actually a large independent building.

The location of the restaurant is very good. Although the storefront is not big, it is still easy to find. The sushi ingredients are fresh, and the shrimp tastes sweet and especially good. It was a very good dining experience and the service was also very good

It was a little bumpy. I went straight to eat there after getting off the plane. I walked for 15 minutes from Saga Station, but it was not open. I met a group of people who didn't check the time like me, so I had to leave. They are closed on Wednesdays! I went there again a few days later and ordered a set meal. It was really delicious and the environment was nice. The boys might not be full, or maybe we have bigger appetites.

This is a relatively high-end Kaiseki restaurant. The presentation of their dishes is extremely exquisite and the taste can be called perfect. The only drawback is that the portions are too small.

The environment of the cafe is really special, with a classical beauty. The coffee tastes very good. I tried the iced coffee, which tasted very good. It was very comfortable to relax here on a sunny afternoon.

Ippei Siruko Ippei is located at 1-2-20 Shirayama, Saga City, Saga Prefecture. I ordered assorted rice balls (680 yen including tax) and cold Uji soup (600 yen) to share with my family. Just like the shop founded in 1949, the sweet taste of the ancient color makes people smack their lips. The red bean paste and millet cakes before the rice flour are very powerful. The Uji red bean soup with white filling is very cool. I am satisfied. Next time, I will try the combination of shaved ice (such as iced Dainagon, etc.) and assorted hot pot.

摆渡修行
Not being able to find the ramen you want to eat elsewhere is like not being able to find water in the desert, and not being able to find a ramen shop in Kinshicho is like not knowing which tree to hang yourself on in the forest. As soon as you walk into the store, you are hit by the rich aroma of oysters, and two bowls of oyster noodles and oyster rice are served. The noodle soup is not as clear as imagined, but a thick and creamy fish-based soup base with a little butter aroma and a rich oyster flavor. The noodles are chewy and thick noodles, with a few oysters peeking out on top. They are Hiroshima oysters, not big, soft enough, and delicious with noodle soup. As a bowl of oyster ramen, it really extracts the aroma of oysters, and it is very happy to eat... But it should be reminded that fish-based ramen is rarely accustomed to Chinese stomachs, so ramen novices should not try it easily

Yakiniku is my favorite, no doubt about it. The beef used in Japanese Yakiniku is very good, and the price-performance ratio is also very high. I recommend everyone to eat yakiniku when they come to Japan, the taste is amazing. I came to this restaurant because of its reputation.

It is Shoouken, one of the three most popular stores in Nagasaki, Kyushu. Shoonken was founded in the Tenwa first year in the middle of the Edo period. The first owner, Yamaguchi Sadasuke, opened a shop in Hondaikocho, Nagasaki City, selling confectionery and Nagasaki cakes. It has been passed down and operated to this day and its main products are Nagasaki cakes of various flavors, as well as cold fruits such as jelly. The recommended Gosan Yaki is an evolved version of Nagasaki cake, with a slightly adjusted ratio of the three ingredients. Also called five-flavor cake, it is the best cake in Nagasaki.

Yoshimune Japanese Restaurant is a century-old restaurant in Nagasaki. If you say its food is not delicious, it is probably because you are not eating it the right way... If you go to Yoshimune, you must try their specialties - tea bowl mushi and steamed sukiyaki. Because I didn't want to eat our classic braised pork in Nagasaki - their Kakuni~~~, so I didn't choose Nagasaki's famous Takufuku cuisine~~~~ In addition to chawanmushi and sukiyaki, I like fried food and ordered another tempura~~~ Oh~~~ There were 5 large shrimp tempura~~~~ To be honest, the environment of Yoshimune Japanese Restaurant is really good, and when I arrived it was 4 pm, which happened to be a relatively free time in the restaurant, so it was definitely ordered on arrival~~~ Yoshimune Japanese Restaurant's specialty chawanmushi is steamed egg... It is really tender and smooth, and there are a lot of ingredients... There are shrimps, chicken, ginkgo, shiitake mushrooms, fish cakes, etc., and it seems that there is also eel~~~~ The steamed sukiyaki is actually a bowl of rice~~ It is covered with egg skin, meat floss and other condiments~~~ The pink one is actually meat floss~~~ The service is also very good, and they will actively add tea, but unfortunately I am afraid of heat and don't drink more-_-#
