Fried duck red curry. The duck skin is not crispy enough. The hair is not removed (although I don't expect the duck here to be removed). The duck meat is too dry and old. The curry tasted good at the first bite. After a few more bites, it tasted bitter. I don't know if it's because some spices have been fried for too long or what...
