M43***62I regularly order from this cafe on ubereats. Their sandwiches are very tasty and good quality! Especially the BLT ciabatta(go for additional avocado) and also the English breakfast with sunny side ups in a ciabatta! The beetroot smoothie is also very nice. The only thing I worry is their hygiene rating its only 3. (Considering their food and drinks i was surprised, was expecting 5). Something the cafe should work on i guess......

M43***62I have been coming to this coffee shop since it first opened, but this is not any old coffee shop! Ballucci is a calm stress free peaceful indoor experience, which cuts off the noise and stress from the outside world. This place is know for its extra special coffee, never tasted coffee ever like this before, and the coffees speaks for its self, which usually results in queues of people waiting to get their hands on it. The staff are so friendly and great to talk too. The owner is so respectful and always willing to engage and talk to customers to always help and Improve the customers experience. If you are looking for a quiet enjoyable great taste coffee this is defo the place to come.

M43***62Where do I start, first of all the food was outrageous and unbeatable, most of the plates that I ordered we’re loose of condiment and the dessert was icy-like in the center I think it was frozen. Not only the food wasn’t good but the service failed me too. The waitress wasn’t interested and when I ordered it seemed like she didn’t understand and was forced to. Really unprofessional. She didn’t respect the space limit between me and her which I was really concerned about. The manager didn’t help me when I had a concern about the food. Italian restaurant? Nobody was Italian there and the food didn’t taste like it, and it was very expensive. Was it gold plated? No and really surprised by it because THE FOOD WAS ATROCIOUS, why would I pay all that for something that bad. I rated a lot of restaurants but this is the first time that the food and service were both bad. FOR ANY REASON DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS RESTAURANT, ITS NOT WORTH IT.

M43***62Phoned at 1pm on a Sunday for my wifes surprise afternoon dinner. Told the staff I would be there for a 4pm collection and I was coming from Bridgnorth and I'm never late. At 4pm when I walked through the door the staff were just finishing packing our order. It's been nearly 4 years since our last order but quality and freshness remains very good I will definitely try to visit more often.

7. Bistro George

M43***62Tried George’s for the first time for our anniversary meal. Didn’t have very high hopes to be honest, but were blown away with the food, the service and the atmosphere. Honestly would have been impressed if I’d been served that meal anywhere in Leeds or London. Highly recommended and will definitely be back soon!

M43***62Really enjoyed my lunch at the Melrose Restaurant last week. It's a no-frills family run place with very good food and great service. They were continuing the Eat Out to Help Out scheme which was really nice of them. I would definitely go back again the next time I'm in Brighton.

9. Hei Hing Cafe & Noodle Bar

M43***62Been here twice in the last two weeks, both times the food and the service was excellent. Plenty of vegetarian options and would recommend the Vietnamese drip coffee at the end of meal. Can’t wait to come back again in the future.
