It is a beautifully designed restaurant. Modern, gorgeous marble and bronze tables, comfortable 70’s style chairs, very bright. Good presentation, and creation are first class. We ordered everything in advance and could the ordering platform to be very prescriptive.. it said only the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing is available on Saturday lunch. We accepted and gave credit card payment in advance. We arrived first. We were served later than others who arrived after us.. and wine pairing was ok but not extraordinary. The real problem was it was so slow. We had a car waiting for us to drive 2 hours back to Toledo. We were more than an hour late. We arrived at 13:30 on the dot.. left at 16:00 .. did not get 2 out of the 6 courses. No reduction in bill.Great food.. let down by ordering platform and service.. It is too slow and too prescriptive. The cannot accommodate what they ask you to order and pay for in advance.

#【1⃣️0⃣️0⃣️The Most Beautiful Small Towns in Spain】No. 4⃣️9⃣️ . Various small towns far from the hustle and bustle are always one of the most moving souls in Spain. Albarracín is such a medieval ancient town standing proudly on a cliff more than 1,000 meters above sea level. . Since the Neolithic Age, human footprints have been set here. Later, Celts, ancient Romans, Visigoths, Arabs and Catholic kings have lived or fought here. During the Spanish Civil War, this place was also a fierce battlefield. . Complex terrain, winding streets, hanging balconies, eaves that seem to be within reach, and houses that seem abrupt but have their own style...all together, they form the independent style of Albarracín. . 【Restaurant Tiempo De Ensueño 】 This restaurant located in the old town of Albarracín actually gave itself a name: Between half asleep and half awake. Yes, before we even started eating, we were already mesmerized by the beautiful view outside the window, especially the lonely church embedded in the valley, which was used by shepherds to pray during their breaks from grazing. I like the salmon tartare here the most, with a scoop of basil-flavored ice cream on top, which goes really well! The roast suckling pig is also recommended. 📍| Calle Palacios, 1, 44100 Albarracín . ▫️▫️INFO▫️▫️ [Albarracín] 🚗| It is a three and a half hour drive from Madrid. You can also take the high-speed rail to Zaragoza first, and then transfer to Albarracín. . @小妖西游记【Reprinting without permission is prohibited, and stealing pictures will be prosecuted】

Excellent service. Good value for money, there is a choice of menu, varied and everything delicious. They took into account my request for a seat (next to the window, which offers beautiful views), which I appreciate.

Very disappointed, as we booked a table under 50% discount on the menu and they did not give us any discount at all, which was a shock.

After the second stop of our gastronomic tour of Castilla-La Mancha, we continue to explore the third stop - the treasure restaurants of Cuenca! Casas Colgadas Would you like to dine in a stilted house? That's right, next to the Spanish Abstract Art Museum, this is one of the great symbols of Cuenca, with a modern interior and a unique original wooden structure and a unique view of the Huécar Canyon. Trout, cheese, wine, walnuts... Chef Jesús Segura's passion is not only for local products, but also for the heritage of his ancestors. Each dish is the result of research and reinterpretation of the local environment, the land and the producers of each ingredient that makes the dish. Recommended price €€€ Essentia "The best meat in the world is on your table" Taste the world's most delicious steaks and pastrami sandwiches at the restaurant at the foot of the Cuenca highway, as well as more than 100 wines from all over Spain. Walking through the bar, lounge and garden, we can see a vibrant vegetable garden, white eggplant, cucumber, broccoli... From planting to harvesting, from traditional raw products to avant-garde gourmet delicacies, food and wine are worth experiencing! Recommended price €€€ Fuentelgato Restaurant In the sparsely populated town of Huerta del Marquesado, there is a very unique restaurant. The two tasting menus always offer the most seasonal products. Every bite can feel the taste of the distant sea. The surprise and pleasure on the diners' faces are enough to write a beautiful poem. Recommended price €€€ La Martina Restaurant The owner calls this restaurant a "little gem", and it's no wonder, because it is integrated with his own home! The restaurant is located in a villa residential area on the outskirts of Tarancón. The main color is white, and the aesthetic style combining classic and modern is amazing. The rich menu perfectly reflects the harmony between the traditional recipes of the La Mancha region and the avant-garde creativity of Chef Jorge Susinos and his team. High-quality ingredients, traditional flavors and the latest innovations make for a better balance between classic and modern cuisine. Recommended price €€ El Figón del Huécar The restaurant covers an area of 800 square meters, with three rooms with a complete view of the canyon. Tasting the carefully prepared La Mancha cuisine, roast lamb and suckling pig, Manchego cheese, this is not an experience that integrates gastronomy, history, landscape and architecture! For more than 20 years, it has also been the family residence of singer José Luis Perales. Recommended price €€ #SpanishTravel #CastillaLaMancha #SpanishFood

What a treat! Fabulous and innovative use of ingredients. Beautifully presented with thoughtful explanation (though our Spanish wasn’t good enough to understand all the detail!). Well done to the chef (who was there to chat to customers when we paid)!.

We drove here and found it randomly because we happened to park our car by a lake. The restaurant had a beautiful environment so we went in. Surprisingly, we were pleasantly surprised. We had venison, which tasted good, and the wine was also delicious. I especially want to praise the boss. We chose the menu blindly and only emphasized that we wanted venison. The boss actually printed out the dishes we ordered one by one in Chinese on the computer for us to see.

This restaurant is a very famous restaurant in Cuenca, where you can taste the most authentic Spanish dishes. The colors of these dishes are very beautiful, and the taste is also very good. The price is not expensive. It is a local restaurant with a high cost performance. It is worth a visit.
