Chef Frédéric Anton is very popular in France and is known as the "national chef". The actual experience is quite mediocre. The dishes are of three-star level but not outstanding. Sweetbread is well processed, and the dessert "Green Apple" is quite interesting with popping candy in it. My friend said that the service of this restaurant is the worst among the three-star restaurants in Paris, but I disagree. lulu0531As soon as I entered the hotel, I found it was so beautiful. It must be a high-end restaurant. They arranged a great location for me, right in front of the kitchen. There was a whole glass window in the kitchen showing the working status inside. I felt familiar at first. I checked the app and found out! Isn’t this the name of Hell’s Kitchen? It’s awesome! Michelin two stars! Then there were all kinds of expectations. Everyone chose a 7-course set meal and a bottle of 2007 French red wine. The food was really good. It felt better than the three-star restaurant I had yesterday. Every dish was praised, and the portion was just right. My friend chose a 20-year-old red wine for the second bottle, which tasted softer and smoother. Finally, the restaurant gave me a small cake~ It was a super surprising and satisfying dining trip~

TheForkUserMy husband and I had a beautiful meal here on our last night in Paris, with out daughter (2yo). I had "The Original 1988" La Romantica past and it was served from a cheese wheel melted with a cognac flame, a great show! My husband had the tagliolini, also delicios. The venue itself was so beautiful, the glass walls and ceilings surrounded by trees and outdoor lighting, bringing the outdoors in, we had a late meal in Octoer, I would definitely like to experience the outdoor eating area in summer.

The food is amazing and was the best we experienced on our 2-week trip, The team was busy but handled this well with good humour and total professionalism. The seating options are excellent with plenty of room both inside and out. We will definitely return when in the area.
