TheForkUserCosy Tourny has become one of our favorite restaurants during our stay here in the Bordeaux area. We have enjoyed two delicious meals here and highly recommended Cosy Tourny!
TheForkUserBeautiful views for pre-dinner drinks, incredible food with just the right amount of theatre, excellent friendly service.
TheForkUserA delicious lunch! The food was well prepared and the service was friendly and quick. The ambience at this restaurant is amazing! A wonderful setting! Thank you!
TheForkUserExtremely good food and staff were amazing. Found us a taxi home and made sure we got back to our camping park. Could not have gone better.
TheForkUserLovely place- a pity about the wretched music. My fish with veggies was just adequate- totally bland. Duck much better, with fig. Bread cold and blah. Soup excellent
TheForkUserAbsolutely stellar. Amazing service and probably the finest dishes I ate in all of France, including from Michelin bib gourmand restaurants. The chef truly cared and checked on us. Wait staff were fantastic. A meal to remember
TheForkUserBianca and her staff were charming and gracious. Our food was delicious and when we return to Cognac, we'll definitely eat there again!
TheForkUserPleasant lunch in what must have been a leading city centre hotel. Service was excellent in a rear garden with attractive wisteria canopy. Food choice maybe rather simple and limited for lunch but okay on a sunny day. Hopefully a more sophisticated menu for evening meals. We have often stopped here for s coffee whilst visiting and it's a lovely decor to appreciate.
TheForkUserGreat duck confit and tricandilles (pig intestines)-making intestines taste good is difficult so they’re definitely doing good work here
TheForkUserAbsolutely blown away by the food, incredibly delicious and tasted even better knowing that they pay a lot of attention to how they source their ingredients.
TheForkUserWe wanted a great steak restaurant in Bordeaux and we definitely not disappointed! The steak (and all sides etc) was incredible, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere great! It is not a big place, but clearly popular, so be sure to reserve a table.
TheForkUserMichelin recommended with a suggested plate of the day - this one was an easy choice. From the moment we walked in I was in love. We chose the menus of the day - one vegetarian and the other fish options. Both were phenomenal but the vegetarian course's were the star. Wine recommended by the server was perfect as well. We truly enjoyed lunch here. (note: we could easily hear other guests conversations so would recommend music in the background to hide the noise)
TheForkUserThe staff and chefs handle details in perfection. If you're looking for gorgeous and fresh seafoods to eat in Bordeaux, this restaurant won't dissapoint you. I will pay a visit again for sure.
TheForkUserVery positive reception but the food could have been better
TheForkUserThis was the best meal of my life! And also, it felt like having dinner at my friends'. The service was excellent and super friendly. The sommelier's pairings were top notch. We got nice little surprises including an amazing tuna belly and a beef cannelloni! They even gifted us a Basque cake for our anniversary. And all of that with rock background music, so much fun! The outside view is breathtaking especially at sunset. The decoration is wonderful! And I got to meet the chef, he is a sweetheart! Don't miss this gem!!! I am sure they will get a second star soon. And thank you for making our 15th anniversary so special!
TheForkUserThe food was delicious - fresh and great quality. Lovely service too - super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed so much that we went back again for lunch the next day.
TheForkUserThis is a great restaurant with loads of tables inside and outside. All of our food was excellent - really good pizza in particular. Staff all seemed friendly and our server was great and efficient, making a big effort to translate to English for us. We visited on one of the hottest days of the year - 40 degrees at 7pm, and so the only downside was that the restaurant,s air conditioning could not really cope! Highly recommend this friendly place.
TheForkUserOnly negative point I had to ask for the Fork discount which was not accounted for automatically.Food of excellent quality!!!
TheForkUserEverything was exceptional: from the quality of the food to its presentation, service, the design of the tables outside in the garden. We highly recommend this restaurant.

TheForkUserVery nice athmosphere, good terrace, nice service...and most important good food at a very democratic price. We like it 😎
TheForkUserAmazing food for a good price. The restaurant is at the front of the hotel just as you walk in and I wasn’t as impressed by the decor and ambiance as I was by the food. Not sure why I was expecting tablecloths but the seeming casualness of the restaurant was at odds with the exceptional and excitingly combined food. Service from the two ladies was charming and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit!
TheForkUserBooked this restaurant on a day excursion to St Emilion and what a find. The food and service was superb and very reasonably priced for such a famous village in Bordeaux.Highly recommended
