The noodles are straight and the right thickness, and they ask if you want them hard, medium, or soft. The machine is all in Japanese. The first row is for small, medium, and large. The second row is for small, medium, and large for extra meat. The other buttons are for extra toppings, which I never understood. This place has become the most popular ramen place in Yokohama for sure. The line has always been 30 minutes, but it moves fast and is worth the wait.
