The two main critizisms have to do with 1) one of the main meals was clearly below expected quality with halb of the meat quasi-inedible 2) we were quite clearly firgotten at one point... had to with for an hour (!) to get the desserts' menu. Or they may have punished us for their poor quality meat left on the plate.Having said that - the venu has stunning view and a very welcoming and warm feel to it. The waitresses were pleasant. Food ... while not copious (you'd look for that in a different type of place, right?) was still reasonable. Would I return? Possibly, who knows.

TheForkUserInn in a very small village. Everything homemade. Traditional dishes that are very rarely found (I love Caen-style tripe). Very little fat. Abundant. Very friendly welcome. We will definitely come back

TheForkUserVery nice brasserie with a top chef who is very attentive to customers. We can feel that he loves his job and chatting with customers. Also a mention to the waiter! Excellent fries, perfect meat. Nothing to complain about, it was a very nice discovery in Gap for our last day of vacation before returning to Paris! Thank you Claire Clement Jean and Gaspard

The welcome was warm, The simple menu offered equally good choices, The cuisine, delicious and full of flavor, was carefully crafted and introduced us to a variety of vegetables, The service was fast and pleasant. All this for excellent value for money. In short, everything was delicious! Thank you :)

TheForkUserThe food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious, we enjoyed every mouthful!The staff were very helpful and attentive without ever being overbearing. The menu was available in English which helped when making our decision as to which menu to choose. They also kindly spoke to us in English which made it easier to understand all the ingredients in the different dishes. The Chef came and spoke to us during the meal which further added to the pleasure of our experience.
