The lean pork slices were crispy and fat but not greasy. The fragrant and soft pieces had chewy crispy bones, and were wrapped in lettuce with spicy shredded radish, garlic slices, and chili peppers. It was sweet, spicy, and fresh when you took a bite.

You must go early, otherwise you may have to wait in line and wonder if you can eat. Order a set meal according to the number of people. There are crabs, various pickles and rice. We also ordered pickled shrimp and soybean paste soup. The crabs are of very good quality, comparable to Chaoshan, with tender and delicious meat and lots of yellow. The shrimps are really big and thick. We ordered draft beer and had a great time!
