Sure enough, this pie is quite special. The main part of the bottom layer of pie is a layer of apple puree with apple grains, which is a bit soft, but a bit like fudge. There is a layer of shortbread on top, and then a layer of cream. It is sweet but not greasy, very refreshing. I booked a seat at 7:30, but I arrived a little early, so I decided to take some photos around. There was a retro party going on in the restaurant, and there were many people in strange costumes.
