The Harbour Bridge can be seen at the corner, like hiding on the edge of the city and peeping at the bustling center. 🌇🌉 Ebi Chilli is super delicious, the shrimp head is fried crispy, the shrimp meat is plump and chewy, and the bread dipped in the soup is so delicious that I even ordered three servings of bread. The wagyu bones and toothfish are also perfect, and the dessert is satisfying with brown sugar ice cream mochi! 🥰 I like restaurants like this that have a little Japanese blood.

My husband and I came to this restaurant called The Ternary for dinner a few days ago. I ordered salmon fillet, which was delicious, and my husband ordered fish steak, which was also delicious. Although the price of the food is a bit high, I think it is worth it. It is worth mentioning that the waiters in this restaurant are very friendly and enthusiastic, always smiling, which makes us have a good dining atmosphere and have a good meal.

This is probably my favorite restaurant I've ever eaten at. Every dish is very thoughtful and delicious, especially the bread and desserts, which are simply delicious! I checked the news before going there. The owner of this restaurant is Somm. Her wine list is also three stars, but there are not many choices for single-glass wines. Because it is mainly paired with seafood, I chose white wine Vermentino, which is my favorite flower and tropical fruit aroma and not too acidic. If you go there, you can also order this to try.

😋 This is a cafe that neighbors will love. It is reasonably priced and tastes good. It is located in a corner of the street garden. 🌸 Recommended dishes include truffle mushroom, strawberry maple syrup pancake, and Benedict eggs with smoked salmon. The best part is the egg yolk dipped in sweet potato sourdough bread. It is so satisfying. 🍞

Metal lamps are hung on the black fish-scale cloud wall. The open kitchen is quite cozy. The dining chairs seem to be made of bamboo. The tableware flows with the luxury of dark tones. Can it be considered as dark romance? The DJ's ambient music is large. The Japanese cuisine is impeccable. The sashimi platter, tataki beef, tuna crispy rice sushi and fried squid all left a deep impression.

Seeing that more than 1,000 people reviewed this restaurant and my friends also came, how could I not go? I made a reservation and waited for more than 20 minutes. Before ordering, the waiter brought the raw Black Angus beef and introduced each part they selected. It looked simple and rough when it came up, but how did it manage to be charred on both sides and 50% tender on the inside?

When you come to Australia, you must eat seafood at Peter’s. I heard that Jack Ma has come here to eat. King crab, Australian lobster, and black-edged super abalone (the three treasures of Australian seafood). The seven of us spent more than 1,100 Australian dollars. The consumption in Australia is really expensive, but the seafood is really delicious and fresh. Except for the presentation, everything else is perfect [吃瓜]

The desserts are quite unique and the environment is also great. There are cute parrots accompanying you while dining (「・ω・)「Highly recommend the beef ribs [心][馋嘴] It's so delicious! The cocktails are also beautiful!

Last week I went to Momofuku Seiobo, one of the only four restaurants in Sydney with three chef hats, American style Japanese food. The music was a bit loud, the presentation was average, the taste was not particularly good, the dessert was not outstanding, the service was also quite casual, the seating environment was not comfortable (well, maybe it was because of my short legs, sitting at the bar for 3 hours was too tiring)... It can't be compared with Tetsuya, which only has two chef hats.
