We ordered salmon, meat plate, roasted brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and fried rice. Every bite was delicious and cooked delicately to maximize flavor. Each dish was described with ingredients. The manager Dylan personalized our visit. We couldn't have asked for more. Great food, great service, stylish venue. Highly recommend!

Melbourne's best Vietnamese buns are now in the city‼ ️ Although it's expensive "Phuoc Thanh Bakery" is not an exaggeration to call it Melbourne's No. 1 Vietnamese bun. I used to go to Richmond every time I ate it, but I didn't expect it to open in CT, on Spencer St, very close to Flagstaff.

I took a train from the city center and then a bus and counted the house numbers before I found Yong Kee. I tried the raw beef rice noodles. The beef and bean sprouts were cooked to about 70% doneness by the soup base, and then half a lemon juice was squeezed in. It was extremely tender and perfect.

At Vlado’s Charcoal Grill Steakhouse in Melbourne, the roasted beef liver is very delicious. There are different cuts of beef to choose from. I ignored it and ordered the medium rare anyway. After trying it, I found it right.

It would be hard to upstage the very eclectic decor, but the menu range and the food quality manage to do so. Furthermore, service is very friendly and efficient. In all, an outstanding restaurant.

This place really lived up to expectations. We had the feed me menu. The food was delicious, good selection of wine and beer, the service was great and there was a vibe that was not pretentious. We are locals and will definitely be back! The only small suggestion is to make the green tea ice-cream a touch sweeter.

Minamishima, a Japanese restaurant with three hats, is the surname of sushi chef Kiochi Minamishima. The reason why this restaurant that only serves sushi can be among the three hats is all thanks to the sushi chef's 25 years of experience in superb knife skills and craftsmanship. Compared with the gorgeous plating of creative Western food, the 13 sushi dishes throughout the process focus on restoring the most authentic taste of the best ingredients. The interior of the restaurant is also very simple, and the overall feeling is simple, but the price is the most affordable among the three hats. Make a reservation more than two months in advance just for the most exquisite sushi meal in Melbourne.
