TheForkUserWe really enjoyed our dinner at this restaurant. The ambience in the historic building was great and was surpassed by the delicious food. The variety and sophistication of the dishes left nothing to be desired. We particularly liked the innovative combinations of fish, fruit and herbs. The restaurant crew were extremely attentive and caring. And luckily for us, they were also able to give us all the good tips and recommendations in English. Not a matter of course in this holiday region, as we found out several times.We can highly recommend the restaurant and would go there again at any time.

TheForkUserThe food was exceptional. Starters of scallops and a fish / potato mash in a scallop shell were large and very tasty, main course of roast suckling kid was very special. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (one waitress did have a problem managing a smile, but that made us try all the more to make her!). Atmosphere was very good, and all reasonably priced especially to eat in such a lovely building.

TheForkUserI am gluten intolerant and they really understood and had good substitutions. Excellent fish options. Great service without being 'over the top'.

TheForkUserThe Food is fantastic, as well as the service is!! About the restaurant you have to make sure to sit in the main dining room. We came at 2.30h an there was only a free table left in an adjacent room- we would have been the only guests there- so we decided to have lunch on the porch. Not ideal, but better to sit in an empty room in a restaurant. We certainly will be back!!

TheForkUserThis place impossible to reach . We used the Waze,best GPS in the world. The road to restaurant is atrocious even for local guy who at one point did not recommend us to go further.

TheForkUserThe special Mother's Day menu exceeded our expectations. The trotters with cod were much better than we imagined. The lasagna with Tudanca beef is also worth mentioning. The cheesecake is impressive. A mention of the exquisite service goes both to the waiter who served us upstairs and to the person who told us the menu over the phone. It's a pleasure to go to a restaurant.

TheForkUserIt has been a grate surprise. We went there as a “last resource” and it was a very good choice. Daily “Menú” on Saturday for 15€ including drink and dessert? The ribs where delicious and “cachiporra” too

TheForkUserThe price-performance ratio is very good. It's a restaurant where you can eat well, home-cooked food. They have a varied menu at reasonable prices. And the menu features good meat and typical local dishes. We go there a lot.

TheForkUserEverything was great, quality, quantity and unbeatable service. We will repeat without hesitation, as there are fewer and fewer places like this and it is worth keeping them.

TheForkUserBest place in the area. Best value for money. Great aged beef. Superb tomatoes. We were hosted by a perfect English speaking staff member with excellent help and service. Very good yet affordable wines as presented in a full way by the sommelier. Michelin feel wine wise but very casual for the rest and that’s a good thing. Highly recommended.

TheForkUserThe service was very fast, the portions were huge and the quality-price ratio was unbeatable. The grilled meat was highly recommended. They have parking for customers. If I go back to that area I would be happy to go back.

TheForkUserWe were eight people, the menu consists of set menus and/or portions, there are set menus with one course and dessert and drinks or set menus with first course, second course and dessert, the cheapest set menu with one course is €19.90 and the most expensive set menu is €75.00 in between you have other set menus, I will return because everything I tried was very good

TheForkUserSeveral reasons: Location and atmosphere of the establishment are unbeatable. Extensive menu. Value for money very consistent with the type of establishment. Excellent service, both in the dining room and in the kitchen.
