寂寞的西瓜As the main restaurant of Parador de Toledo, the view here is naturally much better than the guest rooms. From the dinner on the night of check-in to the breakfast on the next day, the two consecutive meals at the same seat were accompanied by beautiful scenery. I love it so much~~ In fact, its main meals are quite ordinary, mediocre, and neither good nor bad. If you just want to see the scenery, it is recommended to keep it as simple as possible, and watch more and eat less... The breakfast buffet is better, not only with a rich variety, but also with good quality of the most Spanish-style churros and Iberian ham.

The friendly, knowledgeable staff were very attentive and provided excellent recommendations, including helping us choose the perfect wine pairing to complement our meal. And the food itself was simply outstanding. Everything we tried, from the classic Spanish croquetas to the Spanish style pulpo🐙 and decadent desserts, all was bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced - no need for any additional seasoning. The quality of the ingredients and the skilled preparation were evident in every bite.While El Cardenal is not the most budget-friendly option, the combination of the wonderful atmosphere, nice service, and delectable cuisine makes it well worth the price. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable Spanish/Mediterranean dining experience right in the heart of Toledo.

TheForkUserA very good option within the Michelin Stars for the price. We took the Barro menu and it did not disappoint. Some dishes surprise with their flavour, others are more "normal" but in general everything is fine. The desserts and the stew dish could be improved. The service was good although they had a new waitress and she made some mistakes but they were not important and it was also quite pleasant. As for the place, it was small but with large tables and comfortable chairs. The temperature could be improved because it was quite hot but I understand that, due to the cold outside, they had the heating turned up higher. The price of the wines could also be improved or at least have some more affordable option. The pairing is impossible to order, it costs the same as the entire menu or more expensive if you order a large one. That said, in general, a good experience. We would repeat.

TheForkUserThere's private parking, and if you arrive early, even shade. The facilities are impeccable. The service is spectacular. The food is good and plentiful; I couldn't finish the leg of lamb, so I brought half home. The tiramisu for dessert is a must. We'll be back.

TheForkUserEverything has been a 10 from the moment we arrived. The attention of everyone who works there made us feel right at home. The chef comes out to check on the diners at each table... If you follow his recommendations, you're sure to make the right choice. We ordered: boletus croquettes, baked mushrooms (exquisite), oxtail, and entrecote. Each dish was better than the last. Definitely a place we'll return to try the rest of the menu.

18. Arroceria Grano a Grano

TheForkUserIt's perfect. It's the place I like to take friends to and go back to whenever I can because I know I'm sure I'll get it right. On this occasion I was going with vegans and celiacs. I gave them notice in advance, obviously, but they told me there was no problem and they adapted the menu so they could eat according to their needs. The quality is magnificent but it stands out more for the service of the staff. Safe bet ❤️

As for food, we tried the steak tartar, cooked to order, in front of the customer, delicious torreznos with revolconas and poached egg... We already knew it and we will definitely return.
